Obnoxious as hell. Pick literally any other service center.

I bought my husband a pair of Ubertech (Budi) earphones in August last year as part of his birthday present. 3 months later they simply stopped working. I bought him a second pair in March (ordered in March, received in April) this year - and they too have given up the ghost! I tried unsuccessfully to return the second pair as I still have them, but Ubertech simply refused to entertain the notion.
People, do yourselves a favour - and save yourselves time, money & frustration - stay far, far away from Ubertech - there's a reason why they have such a poor rating!

AVOID!!!! Bought Wifi Repeater, first time came with missing parts, opened box, not working. Took them numerous emails chasing until they finally sent me a new one (3 months). New one came today, box opened, no cabel, item not working as described. Made in China. This is not the "company" you want to deal with. Shame.

Shame I had to give it 1 star. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered earbuds. Never arrived. Promised to resend - never arrived. Do NOT waste your money ordering from them. They probably don’t even exist. Complete scam.

This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had. Paid for earbuds that never came. Difficult as he!! To contact company, but they have a kool MISLEADING ad. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the ear buds and never received them. Contacted the company and they said they would resend them. Never happened. Contacted them again and they said they would refund my money. I contacted them weeks later to say the refund hasn't been received. They said they would resend the refund. To date I have not received anything. This is a TERRIBLE company and I wouldn't recommend them

Ordered and received Ubertech Wave Sound earbuds. One earbud would cut out when walking. The company insisted that I send a video of the problem. This was impossible to do. I disputed the purchase with Citibank and and after an initial judgement in Ubertech"s favor, I turned over approximately 10 emails requesting a refund (some in German) to my credit card company. Citibank refunded my purchase permanently. Thank you Citibank.

Elderly female saved up for this luxury gift to myself. Having SPMS I physically am unable to sweep. Needed help desperately.
So sad, my heart is broken.

Do not deal with these scammers sent me the wrong item I ordered the WIFITRON booster as advertised on there site but sent me a cheap Chinese one instead.

Told them I wanted a full refund due to item not as described and they replied take 20% to keep it and refused so they sent another email offering 35% still refused so next offer was 50% which I also refused I and then another bribe of 80% said I want my money back because if I wanted cheap CHINESE junk I would have bought it from ebay at a quarter of the price they listed this item as 50%off but it was a limited time offer so buy now so you will not be disappointed that was 3 weeks ago and the offer is still running and proper price is £79.90.

I bought it from these because they say are the experts who have done loads of research on Wifi boosters but there address in Spain does not exist so obviously they are a Chinese rip off company note how the do not reply to any of their feedback which is all negative.

They say they do not pay return postage they will charge a 15% handling charge so they obviously don't know the laws regards selling on the internet, the last bribe of 80% they said to give it to a friend or family as a present (HILLARIOS)

So BEWARE you have been warned no positive feedback but their site lists their feedback as all positive

I have used PayPal whenever possible been buying through them since 2002 and once again they recognised a scam site they are amazing because had a full refund today so advise you to use them to help you sort these scam sites out otherwise I think we could be in trouble trying to get our money back for cheap shoddy Chinese tat that they are sending instead of quality stuff you ordered from them.

Complete scam. Earbuds sold as Buddy Buds pro, Not branded when they arrived. Suspect they are a cheap copy. Sound quality very poor.
Asked for refund as per their website but was told we had to pay 30% in return charges and pay £25 for shipping back to China!!
Lodged a complaint with PayPal
Will not let this rest, they are complete thieves.
Shouldn’t be allowed to sell inferior products on the internet.

Many thanks to PayPal, received full refund today after upscaling complaint yesterday.

If you have been scammed by these people don’t be afraid to use PayPal complaints system.

Terrible product I received my ear buds and only one worked it took over 25 emails to finally get a refund. Stay away from this company product is junk and Terrible customer service.

Well!!!… I just got all my money refunded!! Couldn’t believe it! After all the texts to and fro about the ‘Hand Ring’ that wouldn’t work, Ubertech very nicely put all my money back into my account, including the extra I paid for the extended warranty.

Paid for item that still has not arrived after a month. Do not buy from this company.

SCAM. Don’t buy anything from Ubertech. Made the mistake of buying from a link after googling, it looked similar to a legit site and I fell for it. They have been refusing to give a refund so far, so I’m pursuing it with PayPal. Fingers crossed!
The product I bought was a cheap replica of some other wireless headphones, and they barely work. The sound is muffled and tinny, they had glue on the box and they look/feel very cheap. The charging cord doesn’t fit in properly and the box only stays charged for an hour or so even if not used. They are much worse that they $20 ones I’ve been using for the past 3 years.

Well after emails going back and forth they came back and said they were sorry, and to confirm I will except 50% refund. I told them no it doesn’t work refund the full price at 100%. Why should I give them $30 for nothing. People this is a nightmare. I haven’t heard from them so today I will be filing a scam and company fraud with FTC.

Whatever you do, NEVER buy from these scammers. I ordered and paid £75 for an ILOK air cooler fan. What I received was a cheap piece of plastic which was a NEWFAN product and they had the audacity to tell me that they were one and the same which of course, was rubbish. I pointed out that all ILOK products have a very specific logo but they still denied it. Luckily I paid through PayPal who upheld my dispute and gave me a full refund. The company only wanted to refund me 50% which I had refused. AVOID this company at all costs. They are based in Spain and trade under Enso ecommerce. It’s a shame I have to rate them at all. They would be minus 100 stars if possible.....

This company have taken my money, not put my right address on the parcel, I emailed them about it? They assured me it will be corrected before sending, sent it! Of course the address was not fixed, it currently being returned to sender and guess what they are not returning my emails. Truly a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AND YOU SHOULD SHUT DOWN, JUST LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, STOP TAKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY SCAMMERS

If I could rate a 0, I would. Absolute rip off of a company. Ordered an ac unit and it came to us broken and dirty. Had to get PayPal involved where they finally said they’d refund if I posted it back. Had to do this tracked mail. £13 out of pocket. That was a month ago and I still don’t have the refund. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs!!!!

I ordered Bluetooth ear phones $90. They never arrived.
