I purchased a lifetime plan with Ubersuggest, but after using the tool I realized it wasn’t the right fit for my specific needs. I contacted the support team on the very same day, and even though they were not obligated to do so, they kindly refunded my payment.
I really appreciate this level of fairness and customer-first attitude. The support was quick, understanding, and very professional. Even though the tool itself didn’t work out for me personally, this experience left a very positive impression. Great customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition.

Great SEO tool for an Agency.
We have purchased the Agency Lifetime access for Orcanically Digital Marketing almost 4 years ago, which saved us a ton of money. The tool has been great. We have multiple team members who use it daily.
Mainly we use it for keyword rank tracking, to see where our client's websites rank for the most important keywords.
We don't get close to the plan limits, which is great.
We use the data from Ubersuggest in our reports, which our clients are impressed with.

Great tool
I've been using the tool occasionally, and glad that whenever I do, the work I have gets done. There Customer Service was super and they resolution was fast. Someone names Victor helped me out and he was very accommodating with my concern and got it resolved. Appreciate you guys!

I haven't used it yet but their customer service has been great. Hans and Daniela responded very quickly, politely and sorted my problems out straightaway, including an overpayment which was refunded the next day. Highly recommend

Extremely annoying to see a massive "BLACK FRIDAY 90% off" on the side of my google searches, when I paid full price for a lifetime susbscription.
For Neil being a marketer, i'm really surprised by how bad the customer experience is. Why would you show cheap ads to someone who paid for premium?
P.s. I started listening to the neil patel podcast in 2014. I like neil, hate his software.
