I had reached out to get a repair on my scuf xbox controller, I found that the price was reasonable and they were very quick to communicate on how the process worked. I had opted for the higher cost stick upgrade to TMR and shipped it off to them.

After a week or two they responded to let me know that they were able to complete the fix but because they had managed to improve the process on the upgrade it would actually be less than the original amount I had agreed to which I was obviously thrilled with and found the honesty really impressive.

Would definitely recommend using their services and will return in the future if I need to

I had a controller fixed by them they kept me upto date with the whole process and what faults they found and fixed and at a good price they are a very professional company I need another controller upgrading in future will definitely be sending it to them..

Customer service was wonderful, was very helpful and patient every step, got the new tmr joysticks fitted to my dualsense controller and haven’t experienced any stick drift since. A slight problem with calibration but that was sorted and been enjoying competitive games. Would recommend 👍

I thought you'll also include the diagram of the pins and where to attach them in case of total loss of the main pins, i heard you say that in the Youtube video, but you didn't include it that's why 4 stars otherwise everything else was perfect

This is the second time I have used uber micro repairs, as the first time service and communication were excellent. I would say the cost was very reasonable and a relatively quick turnaround .

My experience was great, got all my questions answered, and they were straight and to the point and honest, couldn't have asked for anything else. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Mainly for the Fix Flex HDMI pads.

2-3 weeks turn around on my Scuf Reflex controller, but honestly I would say that’s pretty reasonable considering the amount of work they do! Very fair pricing, controller was returned with no issues, Leigh is a master at this type of stuff if you’ve ever watched his YouTube videos, couldn’t recommend enough if you need your electronic device repaired!
