Unresolved car seat issue on delivery
When I received the car seat I identified the side panel insert was damaged and notified Uberkids. I quickly received a response and was notified a new the insert would be dispatched. Unfortunately the manufacturer provided the wrong insert replacement which was sent via Uberkids. I notified the Uberkids service team along with another question on fastening the insert. I never heard back and the car seat continued to be a safety risk for my 3 year old child. I eventually had to buy a new car seat from another provider as I couldn’t wait any longer.
In summary fast prompt delivery (I’ve bought a number of products in the past) but no support if there any issues on delivery. Whilst I’ve bought a number of car seats in the past from Uberkids without a hitch, I will no longer use their services. Really disappointing given they provide products focused on the safety of children.

I'm sorry to hear of the experience you've had with the team. I can see that throughout this case there has been continual correspondence with the supplier for a resolution on the matter. They provided a further replacement insert (we have not been notified by you that you have not received this), but can see we were never advised regarding your question.
