I recently ordered a personalised phone case and had a great overall experience. When my order first arrived, there was a small issue with the original product. However, the customer service team was absolutely amazing. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and immediately organised a replacement for me without any hassle.

The whole process was smooth and professional, and they made sure I was completely happy with the final result. The new phone case arrived and it looks fantastic the quality is great and the personalised design turned out exactly how I wanted.

For the sake of your money, please do NOT give this company your business! Ordered a custom phone case with expedited 20$ shipping which is now lost in transit! Customer service is the absolute worse, response time sucks and they wont even refund the order! "We'll offer a 20$ coupon on your next phone case." AS IF I'D CONTINUE GIVING THEM BUSINESS!! they are fraudulent and thieves!

I liked my case and there were a few shipping faults, but it got smoothed out quickly.

Ordered a phone case and a necklace. The phone case arrived but the necklace did not. Contacted the company and they offered to send me another one at a discount....so they wanted me to pay again, even though I never received it!!! I replied several times but they refused to refund me for the order I never received. Do not buy from them.

The custom iPad cover was high quality and beyond my expectations. Most importantly, customer service was awesome. In the face of the Xmas backlog with couriers, they were somehow able to have this gift delivered by the holiday, in fact, a specialty courier delivered it on Xmas morning! Many thanks to the representatives that handled by order!

Excellent customer service. My first package was lost in transit and as soon as I pointed it out, a second order was sent. Everything arrived before Christmas and is better than expected!

It was super easy to make and order my phone case. Got to me in about 12 days. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the print quality is kinda low. I know it’s not a problem on my end because the image was 300 DPI and I haven’t had a problem with resolution getting it made into keychains or prints at all.

I ordered a custom phone case to put my company logo on. It arrived with the logo printed off-center. I contacted them about it and they replied back offering a ~$10 discount toward another purchase. I told them that they made the mistake and I just wanted the item to arrive in its proper condition. They then haggled with me about how to remedy. They made me pay another shipping fee. They sent a picture of the next item to review. It was also not printed correctly - as if it would look at it and find it acceptable. Then they just made and shipped another one that just arrived. Also not produced correctly. I give up. Never working with them again. They have no quality control standards.

I absolutely love my personalize case! It was very easy to order and the picture quality is perfect. The case is quality made and perfectly fits my phone like a glove to protect if I accidentally drop it. Cost and deliver were very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a custom picture to be printed on my phone case. I love how they protected the picture with a plastic coding. My previous phone had a custom picture on it and it scratched off after just a few months.

It took 3 weeks to arrive, but looked and worked as advertised. Until it didn't.
The magnetic ring worked and it had the persolized picture I wanted. Fast forward 5 months. The sticker has flaked and is coming off in pieces. A $33 phone case should last longer than 5 months.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a custom case. I was worried that the quality would be bad, so I did what anyone does and read the reviews. Someone had mentioned buying one and putting their son(whom had passed away) photo on their custom case and that they loved it, I figured if it worked for them, id give it a shot. I ordered a case with selena gomez on it because I love everything she stands for and I've always felt relatable to her, plus she's hot a.f. when I ordered I accidentally forgot to put my fiancé's name for the shipping name. Although i live with him, I am not on his lease, so I panicked and immediately messaged to ask if they could change the shipping name. They fixed it instantly. I was super happy about that. Then the day came to receive my case and OMG. first of all the durability of this case is AMAZING!!! My old case was the purple otter box case for a samsung 24 ultra(u can google it) THIS case from uartify is WAY better quality!!!!!! The picture and color are flawless. I am seriously so freaking happy. And I know for a FACT I will be ordering ALL of my cases from here in the future and im NOT just saying this because they offered me a 5 dollar off coupon for a review. I was so happy with my case, the second I opened it, I willingly WANTED to review because EVERYONE should know about uartify. Take a chance like I did and u will be EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!! I wish I could post a pic of it, I am truly grateful. Thank you uartify!

This is my first time ordering phone cases from Uartify I was very pleased with my phone covers. They had done a wonderful job. I would recommend this company. I will be ording in the near future for more phone covers.
