Dissapointing and Unprofessional Experience 4-hour fishing trip with Fishing Headquarters (301 Seabreeze Blvd)
I booked a 4-hour fishing trip with Fishing Headquarters (301 Seabreeze Blvd) expecting a fun and relaxing day out on the water. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but enjoyable.
To start, the onboard restroom was filthy — clearly not cleaned or maintained, which made the trip uncomfortable from the beginning. The crew showed little to no interest in assisting the general passengers. They were clearly only attentive and friendly to a small group of people they appeared to know personally. If you weren’t part of their inner circle, you were pretty much ignored.
Another major issue was with the back of the boat, which offered the best fishing spots. The website said nothing about reservations for specific areas, yet once on board, we were told that the entire back of the boat was “reserved” — again, for friends of the crew. The rest of us were left scrambling for space and feeling like second-class passengers.
Overall, the lack of basic customer service, poor hygiene standards, and obvious favoritism made this one of the worst charter experiences I’ve had. Save your money and book elsewhere — there are much better and more professional fishing charters in the area.
