Product has been tampered with and came from Romania not Italy. The best before date and product code has been cut off the original label and replaced with a sticker with a new best before date and product code. The tablets are noticeably having their usual effect and suggests fraudulent activity.

Don’t order! Item never came no refund

I ordered a mask refill that never came.
No support team and there’s no way to get your money back.
Don’t ever place any order there. You’ve got no guarantee it will ever come and if it doesn’t you’ve got no way to contact them

No Response from Support!?!

Terrible support, I've tried to contact multiple times about faulty items but have only had an AI response & no real person follow up any requests despite it saying it was being forwarded to real people. Forced to start a charge back claim with my credit card company.

Translation:
Assistenza pessima, ho provato a contattare più volte per articoli difettosi, ma ho ricevuto solo una risposta tramite intelligenza artificiale e nessuna persona reale ha seguito le mie richieste, nonostante dicesse che venivano inoltrate a persone reali. Sono stato costretto ad avviare una richiesta di addebito con la società della mia carta di credito.

Delivery issues

I selected UPS 2 day delivery, they sent via DHL, 5 days later its still has not arrived.
When I try and talk to someone the AI bot tells me it could take 5 to 12 days for delivery and am finding it difficult to talk to an actual person to see if they can speed up the delivery.

U mask : protection with style and elegance

I discovered the U mask during the covid times, grace to Formula One pilots, and i wanted instantly to have my own U mask. So i bought one, then another for my wife, then a pair for my parents, then another pair for my sister in law and her boy. That way i managed to protect my family, with a beautiful and stylish product. After covid, i continued to wear the U mask in winter, to protect my face from cold. As i’ve said, I look good and i am protected. To all who read my advice, do buy with all trust a U mask, it’s worth every cent, bonus the delivery, which is very fast.

“Free” gift was “free” for $31.78 including shipping.

I received an email asking me to post a review following a recent purchase and that I would receive a free gift. After posting the review I received an email stating I would receive a free mask refill. When I redeemed the coupon for the free refill, I was charged $18 for shipping. After a week I began receiving messages from the shipping company DHL that I had to pay $21.78 for import duty, which I refused to pay because the “free” gift would cost me $31.78 total.

I tried to email U-Mask at their customer address but my email was not accepted by them.

Both the supplement box and thermos box…

Both the supplement box and thermos box arrived damaged - maybe damage caused on way, but anyway it is what it is. Putting 2 stars because thermos doesnt show temperature at all (it is just like plane not smart thermos). With supplements situation is better and mostly because I dont need the broken box but will take daily whats inside

Let's talk about United States order shipping.

I have not received my order yet. It's been a 2 full weeks. I'm patiently waiting for it t be delivered. I can't review a product that I have not yet received. I realize that it is being shipped from overseas and delays are beyond your control.

I suggest that you find a way to ship US orders from the US. I'm retired and have time on my hands. I could easily mail your US orders from Connecticut. All I would need is a small amount of your inventory. You email the shipping instructions to me and the US orders would get delivered within approximately 2 or 3 days. Let's talk about the details of this idea.

A Year In - Time for a Break?

When my wife and I started taking Hyper-U, we felt dramatic improvements in metabolism and other activities of daily living. Thank you! Now after over a year of continuous taking it, I feel like that the body tolerates continued use. In other words, I probably need to stop taking the product for a while to make sure it still works. Is my long-term experience correct? Is some break after a year recommended?

To answer your question,our advise is that you may consider taking a break form taking any supplementation after one year of treatment. Even though individual responses can vary and Hyper-U has no side effects on prolonged intake, it's often a good idea to take breaks from long-term supplementation to assess how your body responds without it. Some people may find that they no longer need supplements after a certain period, while others may benefit from continuing its use and get back to it after a cleansing break. However, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your supplement regimen, especially if you've been using it for an extended period.
