Good price but terrible customer service. My delivery came 2 days late and cost me over £200 in labour for builders waiting for delivery's that did not show up. I contacted the office at least 10 times over a two day period. I was told they were chasing the driver but after to speaking to the driver myself it was clear they made no effort to chase the order. Do NOT use this company if you need a gaurenteed delivery date!

As others have said used them in March with no issues. Now they have my money and no Steel.
Waited 2 weeks and they sent the wrong Mesh. Stupidly I sent it back before seeing these reviews.
No one is answering the emails and the phone is one of those Office Assistant companies.
Such a shame !

STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order and was advised 7-10 days for delivery. Got an email the day before delivery was due to advise it had been cancelled due to warehouse shutdown and transport issues. Had to re purchase with another company, still waiting for refund. I had plant hire, labour sorted and concrete booked all had to be cancelled.

Can’t get hold of anyone as the phone number is answered by a receptionist.

Funny enough the company that I did use said this company is just one man in an office that piggy backs onto other peoples work and doesn’t even make the steel.

I’ve used this company on a number of previous projects and they have been good but reading the reviews below and considering the service I am now receiving on 2 projects I am very concerned they are either trading whilst insolvent or have have lost key personnel and are an entirely ineffective company to work with. I placed an order a month ago for mesh. Was promised delivery today which didn’t arrive and are now being told delivery might not happen next week?Have chased numerous times and no answer. They use an external reception service which simply wastes your time. No one calls back. No direct number to speak to anyone in the company:

Ordered mesh and spacers on the 8th of August, had to cancel concrete which incurred cancellation fees and men standing around. Mesh was due Monday 22nd didn’t arrive wasted day in Northampton unhappy men standing around again. Sinai said definitely Wednesday delivery so didn’t go to Northampton Tuesday and guess what turns up Tuesday afternoon? Nobody on site. Delivery driver said refused delivery because no 24 hrs notice ( more lies ) so now want a re- delivery charge. I don’t know how much money these scammers think I’ve got but job is on the rocks and late. Thanks a bunch. Trading standards informed. 4 numbers to call but the same geordie girl on the other end pressing a button mugging everyone off. The one star was to write this review - 5 stars

As many have said AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Total scam artists with limited to no communication and so far I have nothing to show for my money but wasted time and loss of earnings on a job that should have been completed by now.
Have reported them to trading standards as well as payment processors for being a scam. Their website is still active and they are taking orders so taking money with no intention of supplying goods or communicating with anyone.

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. Their prices are very competitive online, but do not be tempted to use them. I order many sheets of mesh and some cut and bend re-bar. The steel mesh never arrived, and after dozens and dozens of phone calls and emails I finally received the cut and bend re-bar about two weeks late. They were unable to fulfill my mesh order, at length they agreed to refund me, but tried to insist I still paid the £150 delivery charge for a tiny quantity of re-bar. No concession at all about the time and delay and cost of sourcing mesh elsewhere at the last minute due to their failure to deliver. It has been one month since Tzur agreed to a refund, but I have not received the £1,000 owed to me, it is not possible to speak to anyone at their company (they hide behind a remote reception service, making it impossible to speak to anyone there) and they barely respond to emails. When they do, it's to say they are 'looking into it'. This is a fundamentally dishonest and evasive business which has no interest whatsoever in providing a decent service, and no capability to provide the advertised goods. FOR YOUR SANITY AND THE SECURITY OF YOUR MONEY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Really good value for money and fast turn around ..

Please listen to all the other negative reviews and do not use this company ever again. Placed order on 12th July and it is now 2nd August and still no delivery.

They have turned off the phone lines and do not respond to emails!

Be Careful. I ordered several weeks ago. I haven't had any update on my order. If you call their telephone number, there's a computer message saying that they aren't taking calls, contact them via email. Emails aren't answered! I wouldn't be surprised if they've gone bust. STAY AWAY.

Order placed on 19th July. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I ordered. Chased twice for an update re: delivery. No reply and you can’t call them absolute joke of a company DO NOT USE!!! I’ll be raising a fraudulent transaction with my credit card company.

I am extremely unhappy with this company!
Was promised delivery, yet three weeks later nothing arrived. Was told the company closed for Covid reasons, but their customer services was terrible in dealing with this. I have now missed slots for my hollowcore plank installation.
They have put my project behind by four-six weeks now.
In the end we managed to get the same quantity for the same price next day from elsewhere.
We have used this company on many occasions in the past, but they seem to be a shambolic mess now.
Two weeks later, and we have still not received our refund as promised. Steer clear, as I have only ever experienced poor customer services like this once or twice. Also, they have lost my future business now because of this. If they had refunded me quickly then I would have considered using them again.

Be careful! It looks like this company are having some serious issues - maybe they're going bust. I've used before and they've been great but now I'm having the same issues as others. No delivery, no communication. Recorded phone message says they don't (can't) take phone calls.

Stay away!. Is now the 25th of July after my order placed on the 29th of June. No reinforcing mesh turns up no answers given and then they cancel my order saying they will refund my 8.5k. Guess what still no refund. Amazing how you can take someone's money instantly but is impossible to refund it. This is having a serious impact on my business from delaying jobs/payment, have to spend another 8.5k with another company and now having to fund my turnover with borrowed money. As of the 26th I will be looking at getting my money back more seriously

This is my first time I have used this shambolic company.
I placed an order and waited for their delivery. I emailed the company 3 days before Day 10 from leaving my order they did not reply! I phoned the next day however the enquirey line was never answered so I phoned the sales line...the old trick to get through to a real person, they said they would internally contact the delivery department and took my phone number and would get back to me....guess what nobody called back!
I have now messed again early Friday and nobody has contacted me(AGAIN)!!!!!....they have the opening time until 6pm Friday it is now 4pm and the answer machine says the company is closed I know this as I have tried to talk to a person on the phone.
DO NOT!!!!! believe their 5 star reviews as I seems you buy the reviews.
Thank you Tzursteel but no thank you after I sort this mess of a transaction out I will never return as a customer.......can i award you 5 SHAMBOLIC STARS..!

Stay away from this supplier!!! It’s a fraud
Placed an order of value over £2,000.00 for standard re-bar, it’s been 11 working days and we still haven’t received delivery, I called, emailed and I don’t have any response whatsoever regarding my order.
My project has been on hold for 5 working days and I don’t have any idea what’s going on.
I strongly recommend to stay away from this company and use professional suppliers if you want to get your project finished on time.

Slightly delaying in answering my questions regarding the delivery date/time , however once I received a callback the delivery arrived on time.

I would say some of these reviews must be fake. This is a dreadful company placed an order for simple steel weeks ago. No communication on delivery time. Multiple calls and emails promised a delivery date and no delivery turned up. Multiple calls with no call backs. Use at your own perrril

Used Tzur steel numerous times in past couple months, No issues what so ever. great customer service on phone, attentive on emails and delivery ontime and products of great quality

A393 Mesh turned up and literally fell apart, emailed pictures through to Tzur Steel of the poor mesh and had to follow up with a call myself the next day to be told that the person dealing with this would contact me within 2 hours. Due to no response and holding the project up we had to get the bars rewelded ourselves so makes it very expensive mesh!!
