I got exactly what I ordered. Delivery was fast.

Fast delivery, great choice, great service.

First I will tell you what was wrong and why you didn't get a five star review. Not because of your company, but because of the delivery company you hired to deliver the tires. A few days after I bought the tires I received an email from you that I need to inspect the tires upon arrival and not to accept delivery if something is wrong. Well, despite the fact that I was at home all day of delivery, tires were just left in my backyard. No one knocked on my door, no one ring my phone or send a message. I didn't have a chance to inspect anything, I didn't sign anything.
Now the good part.
It shows that the tires are in perfect condition. DOT is from 2026, all four the same. Packed, better to say sealed in protective foil. I did a very little mileage with them by now, only about 300miles, and on dry weather, so I can't really give a verdict how good they are.
Overall , good experience, but...

Absolutely fantastic people to deal with!
The tyres are perfect, just had them fitted and I’m very pleased with them.
When I put in the order the delivery was straight away in process.
Got them a few days later. Very happy!

Order 2 tyres worth nearly 600 euro.
Received only 1 tyre a completely wrong size.
Return the wrong tyre.
The company was not able to offer any remuneration until that tyre was returned. I asked for them to send a replacement during this time. Rejected.
I asked for a refund. Rejected until tyre returned.
The tyre has since been returnedto their depot for over a week now. Still no sign of the refund process even being initiated. Even though they confirmed the tyre has been returned.
This entire process since ordering the original tyres has been going on for over a month..
Will not order from them again

I ordered two tires, and one of them arrived with a manufacturing defect confirmed by Baker Automotive LTD, one of TyreLeader’s approved installation partners, and the tire couldn’t even be installed.
I immediately reported the problem and filed a complaint with TyreLeader, provided all the requested documents, and returned the tire to TyreLeader.
It’s been over a month, and I still DON’T HAVE A TIRE, HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND, and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION.
A defective product can happen at any company. What matters is how the company treats its customers afterward. Unfortunately, my experience with TyreLeader’s customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Happy with the purchase delivered on time, however delivery time is tad bit too much. Less time would have been perfect. Also I reside in waterford, no tyre fitting station of tyreleader. Sometimes local tyre station say they won't fit for outside purchase.Luckily got one who did it. Anyway will recommend saves a bit of money and also good quality.

Ordered tyres 07 July, wrong ones delivered. When I asked for them to be replaced they stated I had to re-order and they would arrange pickup of the original tyres despite the urgency of the order. I re-ordered and once again the tyres delivered are incorrect and will need to repeat the same long winded process. I am now without tyres for two full weeks. Unbelievably bad service and no degree of urgency

The rim fitted perfectly the price was right excellent quality hundred percent happy with it.

2 motorcycleTyres ordered as one order but arrived on different days. Comms from Tyreleader helpful as didn’t realise separate deliveries by different carriers.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING, BUT THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I was looking for tires for my car online on July 9, 2026, and found Tyreleader.ie (I found it unfortunately). So, I registered on their website, provided all the required registration information: my name, phone number, and address, and purchased two tires for my car from their store. Imagine my surprise when, today, July 21, 2025, I received an email from them with the following text:

"Dear Customer,

We would like to ask you to send us your full address with a proof of address (household utility bill (e.g.: gas, electric, water or fixed line telephone but not a mobile phone bill)) . It must be no more than three months old and show your name and current address.

Without this proof of address, if the transporter fails to deliver your order and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will have to deduct a return shipping fee of 30€ per parcel from your refund.

I'M ASKING YOU Tyreleader.ie BY WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO DEMAND FROM ME ANY ACCOUNT WITH MY DATA, THESE DATA ARE CONFIDENTIAL, WITH SUCH A DOCUMENT YOU CAN OPEN A FALSE BANK ACCOUNT. ARE YOU A BANK THAT NEEDS A DOCUMENTED ADDRESS WHEN OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT, WHO ARE YOU?????? I SUSPECT YOU ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.

Received damaged tyres. Have been waiting well over a month for a refund after the tyres were sent back. I've been in contact with them but just get the same generic reply, they are following up. Absolutely scandalous.

I like the website! It's easy to understand. And if I'm looking for something, it's easy to find. The delivery is fast, accurate and thorough.

First time using Tyre leader and was very happy with the service. Tyres were the cheapest in comparison to other sites I checked and they arrived within a week. I will definitely use Tyreleader again in the future 😉🛞🏍️
