I ordered the trigger to fit a specific gun. The part does not work. I would have to knock a hole in the existing trigger basically destroying the existing trigger to get the part to work. Im not going to destroy my gun so right now I've wasted 80.00

Easy to find what I needed on the web site. In stock. It was a simple replacement part so there wasn't anything complicated about it. My only two pieces of feedback are:

1. Don't tell me my item has shipped when it hasn't even been picked up by the carrier.

2. Move your company out of the Bolshevik anti-gun state of Illinois or at least out of Cook County. Come down south. You'll like it better here.

I give them 1 star because it is the only way to leave a review and give potential consumers a heads up. Tyrant products are at best, ok, and sadly one very few options for specific Glock upgrades.
I ordered an extended mag release and slide lock both in grey. I have had plenty of experience with coated items and understand color variation by batching etc. The color of my items were actually laughable, one blue and the other black. Neither were grey. The saddest part, is that I had to pay for my return label and a % ‘restocking fee’, which was not a large sum of money by any means, it was principle. Save your time and money and spend it on any other options other than Tyrant. I will personally never purchase any items from them again and continue to voice my experience with them.

Fast shipping, used in a compition and functioned flawlessly. Easy install. Great mag extensions, priced reasonably well.

I continualy order their power springs to replace the ones in each magazine new or old that I get for the consistancy in the spings. I also order two Magazine extensions or my M&P 2.0 and they shipped quick. Extremely easy to assemble and the video instructions were spot on. Greta products and so far so good the work as intended.

Love everything I’ve bought from tyrant! Triggers magwells etc. fast shipping and great customer service. Buy hurry up on the law changes made in New Jersey so u can get my extra mag extension’s lol.. great company again!!

I have had a hard time with my order. I ordered a compensator as priority that I have been looking at. It was not on back order and even notified me to buy before they sold out so I did. After over a week with no tracking number and no response from customer service, I just kept calling and emailing and on around day 12 I finally got a response claiming it’s been on back order so I am having to wait till 8/16 when they restock. But it was in stock when I purchased and even received an email 1-2 days after my purchase claiming it would be delivered any day now, but then now I am being told it was sold out and I am needing to wait but it was not out of stock when I bought it other wise I wouldn’t have purchased it until it was in stock.

Quick delivery, easy to find. Installation was just a little rough.

Tyrant handles are awesome. very smooth and great looking. Felt a difference the minute I put them on my firearm. Will be buying from them again.

Didn’t get the product I ordered. The customer service team didn’t respond after a week. What a joke of a company.

I ordered a compensator for a glock 43x. It was "in stock" when I ordered. A week later I had to email Tyrant CNC just to learn the specific compensator was on "back order." According to the email it would be back in stock in a week and they would get it shipped to me. It has been over a week and nothing from Tyrantn CNC. I will not use this company again and I will recommend to anyone and everyone that they should not either.
These are pretty shady business practices.

Instructions were pretty self explanatory since there was none in the package My retainer screw did come loose and end up I don’t know where but so now it lives in a case. Only came with one o ring but not a probably I have a bunch from work. Next time I’ll use some blue thread lock or something. Oh well I don’t think it was wasted money just a short sight on my end.

I’d leave zero stars if i could. I ordered a magazine 15 days ago & paid for 2 shipping. Never received it, emailed them and said they said sometimes packages are delayed and should turn up.. here i am.. so no mag and shit customer service!

Had a product that was $20 cheaper and had more color choices than a name branded national store

I placed an order on 7/11/26 and received an order confirmation showing that 4 of the 7 items had somehow changed from a quantity of 1 to 2, increasing the total to $553.40. I immediately contacted customer service to question the quantities.
On 7/15/26, I received a partial refund of $503.45, but no explanation. I still have not received any of the items I ordered, and $49.95—which matches the price of one of the items on my order confirmation—has not been refunded or shipped!
Since my initial email, I've sent multiple follow-up emails and messages through the website's contact portal requesting that the entire order be canceled so I can place a new order with the correct quantities. Other than an automated acknowledgment confirming my messages were received, I have received absolutely no response.
I still have no idea how the quantities changed from 1 to 2 on four of the items, and the complete lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating. I would gladly update my rating if someone would simply respond and resolve the issue

I love the product. The mag extension was easy to install and functions perfectly. I specifically like the look of the extension. I also like that it is made of good quality materials. I plan to buy a few more extensions here shortly.

As a retired combat vet and gun hobbiest Tyrant CNC products are exceptional. Great quality and durability. I wish they offered more color options. Price point is high end on some items. Particularly AR15 accessories. Glock accessories are comparable to other companies such as Cross Armory. Overall excellent products.

Products are precise and fit great. The Glock compensator is a great addition and the way it mounts w/o set screws is awesome. Check out was easy and shipping was quick. Would have been five stars but the diamond cut pins would not fit and took a lot of effort to install. Other than that I am happy.
