Overrated and not for everyone

Several of instructors tend to overrate their own training abilities. The moment a learner encounters setbacks or difficulties, they struggle to provide effective solutions, largely because their approach is rigid and is a "by the book" approach. Driving, however, is never identical from one situation to the next—every time you sit behind the wheel, the experience is different, and teaching should reflect that reality.

On the other hand, the management team stands out. They are genuinely supportive and understanding, ready to make adjustments whenever needed, which creates a far more positive and accommodating environment.
