They are horrible

They are horrible. It doesn't work properly and when you ask for a refund of their "satisfaction guarantee" they tell you you will get a $20 refund of which you need to pay for return shipping. So basically you will get approx $10 of your money back and they KEEP the rest of it.

TYMO Beauty FB page deleting negative reviews

TYMO Beauty Facebook page arr deleting peoples negative reviews of their products. I replied to someone who had posted a broken item they recieved - they have been chasing Tymo for a refund...funnily enough that persons review has "disappeared". All my other posts on the page have been deleted. How many other negative reviews are they deleting?

Even on Trustpilot when there is a negative review, almost immediatley a few positive reviews gushing about the products appear! Looks like people are being paid to advertise all over social media!

I recieved the Tymo stylux after 2 weeks of shipping from China only for it to have a US plug...NOT UK as selected during the order! I made sure I selected the "UK plug" but nope! Did not get! Also the item looks really cheap with hard plastic bristles!

Paypal have agreed to refund me as trying to contact Tymo for a refund is very difficult as they do not reply! So if anyone is chasing them for a regund contact Paypal or your bank for a chargeback.

No wonder all the reviews on Instagram and FB are glowing...they are deleting ALL negative reviews.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company. I received my order which I placed through their UK website on December 17th. I decided immediately that the weight of the hair brush dryer was too great as I have arthritis in my wrists and emailed them to initiate a refund which is what they state on their website. I heard nothing after almost 4 emails and finally got a response yesterday from someone in China. They have told me to return the item to China! I told them that I will return it to their London based address and I was told I could not do that. Absolute scam! Do not buy anything from this company. Not sure how they get away with using a UK address. I would have never bought it if I knew I was dealing with a company based in China.

STAY CLEAR!

Terrible customer service, 1 star is too good. I ordered a twin pack of premium hair appliances on the 12th November 25 for my twin daughter’s birthdays. After around 10 days, a package arrived, containing only ONE appliance. Initially after contacting customer service, they were apologetic and said they would send the other one out right away.
After a few days I asked for tracking information but all I was told is that it had been dispatched. Again after a couple more days I was told it was the courier that was holding things up but still couldn’t give any tracking number.
On the 5th of December I emailed for the 5th time requesting a refund, the response I got was telling me that my order had been delivered, but that was the 1st one that had arrived alone.
So I’m now back to square one and I’m not getting any response.
STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!

Dont do it

Dont do it. It works a couple of times then thats it. When you contact them you have to send a video etc to the email. You will never hear from them again. Wish i had looked at reviews. wish i could give them zero

TYMO emails don't let recipient unsubscribe

TYMO obtained my email address without my consent or knowledge. I've never ordered from or subscribed to TYMO. For months, I've been subjected to a barrage of TYMO's unwanted emails with no means to unsubscribe. In desperation, I'm writing this Trustpilot review - hoping against hope - that TYMO will respond with a procedure that will allow me to stop their emails.

My rate is zero

My rate is zero. I got a porta device that I used for 3 weeks . After that I charged overnight , more than 2hours and once I unplugged it does not switch on . Contacted customer service and support team send few videos proving it is not working . Still no solution . I definitely will not recommend it Tymobeauty ! I now filling a dispute .

Doesn’t hold charge

Update: TYMO customer service have been in touch. They pointed out that I need to remove the safety plug when in use. I didn’t know this. The brush is now working as it should. Thank you 👍

I like this when it works. However it doesn’t hold a charge. I always have to charge it immediately before use which defeats the object if I’m camping and don’t have charging facilities
