Cannot activate my card I contacting them 5 months ago snd they sent another card but there's a bug in the app and it won't activate and waiting for replies takes ages. They haven't fixed the bug

I love this card and how you can have control over how your payments are split; very different to a normal credit card. But more importantly their Customer Service is amazing. Once someone takes on your query they are with you until the resolution. You don't get someone new every time you respond. This for me is a game-changer. Plus whoever you get is so professional and patient with your queries. I highly recommend this card. Puts some of the other card "experiences" to shame!

Paying off £3200 and after I’ve made 28 payments on the agreed 16.9% rate they practically doubled it to 30.9 for the remaining 8 payments,
Surely if you agree to pay something at a certain rate that is honoured or am I missing something?
Contacted them via email and the chap did everything other than answer my question to is this illegal and if they’re doubling my interest rate then surely I can pay it off immediately on the agreed rate I had and close my account?
Both got no response other than I can go to my account and pay it off….
So is it legal? Simple yes or no??

I had about 4 queries in 2 months and the Tymit team were prompt, professional, patient and ever so courteous each and every time.
They ensured my questions were answered satisfactorily and each query was successfully resolved and closed.

Why can’t I log on to the IOS app ,, there is no way of logging in ,, just a sign up app ,, Tymit ,, sort this Mickey Mouse scam service out as you know if you cannot sign in then you can charge anything as we are not in control,, maybe trading standards or an equivalent body can get to the bottom of this shambolic service

Ongoing crap service from Tymit. It's taken them 14 days to respond to my request to have an overpayment returned to me saying they want to see a bank statement. Why can't they just return the money linked to the the account? Also there is no way of getting a statement to them, you can only take a photo in the app, there isn't a way of uploading docs. I want my money back and to close the account. Tymit sort yourselves out.

Still no reply to my review its been 5 days now. I am still unable to access funds. Unless I receive a response within 24 hours I will be cancelling my direct debit.

I was overseas in Africa in April and could not use my card. Tries to contact Tymit several times during my trip without success. I waited 8 days, at which point I was home before I had a reply.
More recently I wanted to cancel a purchase and notified Tymit thru the app but 11 days later I am still waiting on a response and in the meantime the vendor thinks all is well.....
Totally rubbish service.
I feel so strongly about this that and as soon as I am done with their internal complaints process I will be taking this to the Financial Ombudsman.
Companies who treat customers like this should not be permitted to exist.

This is my second year using this card on my yearly bills and never again. I've had 2 issues. 1 ended up being resolved by myself after taking 16 days to reply! (This was on a refund)
After the stress this caused me I paid all the credit card off wanting to be done with it, £619. Than 2 days later they took £619 through direct debit on the 10th its now the 17th and still havnt got my money back evanthough I've given them everything theyve asked for bank statement name address and numbers on my card.
This is disgusting if you had all the spare money sitting in your account you wouldn't need the credit card

I reached out to Tymit on the 3rd May as an item I paid for hasn’t been received. The seller hasn’t responded to my emails etc so thought I would as Tymit to dispute under section 75. Still haven’t had a response….sorry I got a response saying I had to delete app and reply with the reference on my chat. Still heard nothing and it’s frustrating. Asked for a complaint to be logged…nothing. It’s really not acceptable to ignore your customers (quite a few on here).
As a card it works well and I’d actually recommend it but since lack of communication what’s point in doing that anymore as there lack of customer service speaks volumes.
