High-quality products and great customer support
I think the Tylko shelves are really good quality. We have ordered three so far. One of them had a defect, but the customer service was excellent. I also find the ordering process very transparent. Although it takes many weeks from ordering to receiving your furniture, you never need to wonder what is going on because Tylko is very proactive about keeping you informed of what to expect next. Our friends recommended them to us, and we would highly recommend them as well.

Excellent product range and clever…
Excellent product range and clever website. Worked much better on Chrome than on Firefox, but Chrome doesn't offer a full address bar so had to check on phone that site is https rather than http. Could improve clarity when they send you an initial discount offer during a period of general discount. The two cannot be combined so nearly rejected a discount of €1300 in favour of one of €300!

It took several weeks to receive my ‘samples’ . Admittedly not their fault re postal services BUT it took 2 follow ups and a pretty slow/relaxed approach to sort it out and actually receive them. It has made me hesitant to order 2k piece of furniture

Great! Dominik delivered our cupboard package well and on time. We received a message with a link to follow his location 40 mins before he arrived.
The cupboard is very easy to assemble, it’s a small cupboard and we only need 1,5 hours to assemble it.
