Better experience designing custom furniture than the other popular furniture brands. Created a book/storage cupboard with minimal effort and a good number of options. Hope the quality is as good as it looks on the website.

I tried the professional version of Tylko and the support was really professional and very helpful in creating my custom furniture. One suggestion: make the configurator a little more flexible, but still 5 stars.

Tylko's products allow a design flexibility not available with most other products on the market. We've seen the cabinets live and the quality and aesthetics are value for the money. The after-sale service was exceptional: we had to tweak something in the dimensions one day after placing the order and it was easy to coordinate with their Live Chat feature.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. My email was ignored, and the samples were shipped despite my request. As a result, I will not be proceeding with any furniture orders. The handling of this situation reflects poorly on the company’s customer service.

Excellent custom shelf!

We ordered a shelf customised with the online configurator, it arrived almost exactly when they originally quoted and looks wonderful.

The shopping was fine and I would give more stars for that. The reason for the moderate rating is that it is not very customer friendly if you order at a ‘very special Black Friday discount of 40%’, hurry hurry, you have one more day left, only to find out that the day after - the final day? - the discount went up to 43%.

the shelves are rated for 20kg weight but they bend very visibly even with little over 10kg weight on them. this is a library that cannot handle books.. what is it for exactly?
i tried to ask tylko for help (this is a 3k+ library and i wanted some advice for strenghtening the structure) and they just replied that they will not produce another library (which i had never asked) and did not offer any advice of any kind. they said the shelves won't break with weight under 20kg and i'm sure it's true.. but they will bend very visibly. how is this ok?
i would never buy from this brand again and i strongly advice you against doing so.. unless you plan to keep your library shelves empty!

First time ordering with Tylko and had been really excited to get our new sofa. Their order link was to be updated to keep us in the loop, no update a couple of days out of latest delivery date - still in the ‘bringing your product to life’ stage. Contacted them and turned out it is ready, just waiting to be assigned a courier. No updates again, chased again for an update once delivery window came and went. They said they didn’t have an update and I suggested they perhaps speak to their logistics team. They decided that they absolutely could do that. It took them a few more days, and no response when they said they’d give me an update later that same day.

Then today rolls round and no email explanation, just a sudden delivery notification from the courier (I assume just assigned) telling me it’ll now come A MONTH LATER.

So disappointed and they totally were given opportunities to show good customer service and communication on multiple occasions.

How they didn’t think a faceless delivery update with no explanation to the delay, wouldn’t be frustrating, is beyond me. Perhaps they don’t care - Tylko, if you do care then please send my ready to go sofa sooner, it’s 2025 - why would it take a month?

Die Fertigungstoleranzen der gelieferten Nachttische sind miserabel – Spaltmaße von fast 2 mm bei einem Preis von über 440 € pro Stück. Für diese Preisklasse völlig inakzeptabel.

The manufacturing tolerances of the delivered nightstands are terrible – gaps of almost 2 mm at over €440 per piece. Completely unacceptable for this price range.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery of Order #251585333

To the Tylko Customer Service Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the significant delay and poor communication surrounding the delivery of my cupboards (cost: USD 5400.00) order, placed on 17. September 2025

When I placed my order, I was given a confirmed delivery window of November 10th - 20th, 2025. Relying on this schedule, I planned an event for November 25th, 2025, for which this cupboard is essential.

Today, I received an email notifying me that the delivery has been unilaterally rescheduled for December 2nd, 2025, without any prior telephone call or explanation. This is completely unacceptable. This delay directly impacts my event plans and demonstrates a serious failure in your service and communication.

Given this situation, I require an immediate solution. I need you to either:

1. Honour the original delivery promise of November 10th - 20th, or
2. Provide compensation for the inconvenience and the impact this will have on my event if the items are not delivered and installed!

The complete lack of proactive communication and the failure to meet your committed deadline have severely damaged my confidence in Tylko.
