My old wallet was like a comfy pair of slippers.
My old wallet was looking worse for wear and then I noticed Tyler and Tyler embossed on the inside. Google took me to the website and staring me in the face was the identical wallet. Days later it arrived. Made my day.

First of all we wanted to thank you for 3 x Personalised Blazer Button Set orders. Your repeat custom and loyalty is greatly appreciated.
We are delighted to hear that you think the product is great, but disappointed to read your feedback about the leadtime.
It does clearly state the following on our personalised Blazer Button product page:
“As the personalised element is made to order production can take up to 15 working days. Upon completion of personalisation orders are dispatched immediately.”
The majority of our collection is from stock which we offer next working day delivery on, so if you were to order a different product from us your lead time experience would be very different.
Our personalised blazer buttons are held in stock by us in a part-finished state. Upon receipt of an order each button has to be individually engraved. As we do a deep engrave this takes a considerable amount of time. Once the engraving is complete each button has to go through a hand-finishing process. Again this takes time. Once this element is complete the buttons then go through our plating process - this involves several stages. When plating is complete each individual button goes through a final polishing process, this is done by hand.
We hope this gives some insight into the reasoning behind the leadtime and thank you for the 4 stars.
