The components didn’t work very well.
The motor did the same thing regardless of how it was programmed.
The banana piano was also flaky. D12 just did not work on the mother board.
Great idea but I suspect quality control is not great.

I wanted to order an item to be sent to a granddaughter in Osaka and had great difficulty getting that done from their website. Twin Science customer service took care of all issues for me and made it happen in time for the little girl's birthday. Five stars for overcoming the problems and getting the job done!

Coding Kit Review
Excellent kit, I purchased the coding kit for my daughter (aged 10) for Christmas.
We finally got found to opening it yesterday, downloaded the app and began coding. My daughter had some experience from school so was able to use the app and kit with minimal assistance.
Improvements could be made with the start up instructions. In addition we also had a metal rod and also a medium bag containing a metal coil which doesn’t appear to be part of the kit we purchased.

Not in English. Twin coding and art bundle
I ordered the twin coding and art bundle as a Christmas gift. When it arrived it wasn't in English as advertised but Turkish.
I contacted twin via messenger and they apologised and assured me they would send a replacement immediately and hoped it would be here in time for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive in time, but still hasn't been received and I've not even had a dispatch notice?
How incredibly disappointing.
