I had a very serious issue with Twin.com

I had a very serious issue with Twin Casino (twin.com).

They accepted my deposit from Sweden without any restriction. My account was registered, verified, and the transaction was processed successfully.

However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was blocked without a clear or valid explanation.

If players from Sweden are restricted, why was my registration accepted and my deposit processed in the first place? This is misleading and unfair to consumers.

This behavior raises serious concerns regarding:
- Lack of transparency
- Potential breach of consumer protection rules
- Unfair business practices

I have contacted their support, but the response was delayed and unclear, with no resolution provided.

I have escalated this matter by submitting complaints to:
- Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)
- AskGamblers

I will also report this case to Swedish consumer authorities if necessary.

I expect a fair resolution and the immediate processing of my withdrawal.

Completely unacceptable and invasive verification

My experience with TWIN has been shocking.

My account was limited after only TWO bets. When I attempted to withdraw my balance of 243 EUR, the withdrawal was immediately put on hold.

Despite my account being initially marked as successfully verified, TWIN started an endless and escalating verification process. I was required to submit bank card photos (front and back), re-submit them due to changing requirements, and provide a full bank statement (PDF).

Now, for full transparency, this is exactly what TWIN is demanding next, word for word:

**“Your gaming account requires an additional check to be fully verified.
Kindly provide a photo where you are holding your ID and a sheet of paper with the note, while the screen of your device displays your Twin account page.

Follow the steps outlined below to capture the required image:
1. On a sheet of paper, please write the word ‘Twin’ and the current date.
2. Take the sheet of paper with the written note in one hand.
3. In the other hand, hold your identification document.
4. Take a photo showing you holding the sheet of paper with the word ‘Twin’ and your identification document next to your Twin account page.

Please ensure that the photo includes your full face, your ID, the sheet of paper with the word ‘Twin’ and today’s date, and your game account number with the current balance visible on your device.”**

All of this is being demanded after multiple verification steps, and all of it is for a 243 EUR withdrawal.

This level of verification is completely disproportionate, invasive, and unacceptable. Limiting a player after two bets and then blocking withdrawals behind increasingly extreme demands looks like a deliberate attempt to delay or avoid paying out winnings.

This is not normal KYC. This is obstruction.
I strongly advise others to stay away from TWIN.

They mock and do not withdraw funds

I deposited $15, won a little, and ended up with $20. I submitted a withdrawal request, but they haven't paid out, continuing to pester me with endless requests for various documents and screenshots. I've already sent them a photo of my passport, a video selfie, a screenshot of the deposit transaction, and confirmed my address, but they still haven't gotten enough.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!

I made deposit very smoothly no issues took seconds.

I requested a withdrawal of 1000 EUR and here comes the problems!

My account is verified since before so no documents are required.

However when I requested my withdrawal they inform me that I added wrong bank details, I inform them that I copy pasted all details directly from my bank and it cant be wrong, they said request the withdrawal again and check if it works? I did it despite knowing that it wont work (they love the delay)

That sounds just crazy, the support wants me to repeat requesting my withdrawal despite them telling me I added wrong IBAN number???

I am unable to withdraw my funds, I deposited money through my VISA card with Revolut, I am trying to withdraw to the same bank without them letting me, they told me to choose another bank which I did and they cancelled the new bank as well, so this site is basically, you can deposit smoothly, but withdrawing money will just be problems.

During the day their payments team was quick cancelling my withdrawal, suddenly the customer service created a case regarding my withdrawal their payments team have not replied and its beeen 24 hours, this is all nothing but a scam, they want to delay it so the player lose the money (money is available on my account)

As of now I am unable to withdraw my funds. (No one knows the reason) I have contacted their license provider gamingcommission.ca

stay away from these kind of casinos, they are using the tactic to delay everything so players lose their money.

Endless verification and then Lied

Endless verification and then lied. I uploaded all the documents it asked for but then after I tried to withdrawal of course they asked for more. Which is typical tactic for these sites so that was no suprise. I would upload a document and if it was accepted I would get an email asking for another document, if it was not accepted i would get an email saying it was too blurry or whatever reason the document was denied. So security department was accepting or denying the documents almost instantly. Finally after 3 days of sending documents I get an email saying thanks we will review your documents and this process can take up to 30 days. This is BS because the documents were being reviewed as they were submitted and this was even stated by the live chat agent as she said "I am just in between you and the security department, and they reviewed the document and said it was not approved for such reasons" So the documents have already been reviewed and now they are holding my $1000 hostage for up to 30 days, which im sure will never come. Avoid the site, clearly they have no morals or standards.

This site is one of the most dishonest sites out there. They have hade mga license I closed my account for gambling problems, then they started with a Swedish gambling license they started to send advertising again then I closed the account again for gambling problems then they closed the Swedish license and open again with mga license started again praying on people with gambling problems finally got the account closed again, then they closed down the mga license started again with kahnawake licens and then I told them again I have gambling problem they said they can’t close the account for 6 m complained to the kahnawake gaming commission that they told they closed my account for ever started sending messages again after 6 m then I finally after a 2 time up with gaming commission got the account closed. They are a company that hunt for people with gambling problems and going after Swedish addicted players. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone to play on this site. And they have bypassed gambling blocks on your cards so you can deposit but they refuse to give any receipt of the transaction because the transactions is saying you have purchased things on a totally random company

A few days ago, something changed. It is no longer possible with a bank transfer under 100 euros. Very odd. Many want to take out a lower profit. I always choose the same icon. Just bank transfer. But now it doesn't work anymore. So I can't play with you anymore. Very bad.

Deposits and withdrawals went thru fine(updated, fixed and happy)

I had an issue with this site at first but support was eventually able to resolve it. It was concerning my documents. At first they thought they were fake and it created further scrutiny and issue with Twin. However, I am happy to report it was all rectified and fixed. I have no issues. I believe it was just an error on behalf of support agent or a misunderstanding. This is a great site to play on. I would recommend it to all.

Stay Away !

After playing for 2 months and 7 successful withdrawals , they asked me for verification when I applied for a new withdrawal.
All good, I uploaded everything that was required. A day or so later I was verified and my withdrawal was released.
A day later I made a new withdrawal, which was pending for 48 hours without being processed.
I asked them how long does it take to process a withdrawal?
Their reply was "up to 48 hours in some cases". That means maximum 48 hours.
So I thought to myself maybe there is an error with my withdrawal, so I canceled it and applied for a new one.
48 hours later and again was still pending. Meanwhile the customer support was reassuring me that everything is in order and not to worry that my withdrawal will be processed.
72 hours later my withdrawal gets rejected due to technical issue.
Nobody explained why or what happened. They ask me to apply for a new withdrawal.
Now the 3rd withdrawal is pending for over 60.hours and still.not being processed.

The support is non existent from them.
They're keep giving me the same generic reply everytime :
"Please wait / everything is under control / our team works diligently to process your withdrawal"

Not 1 reply to.my actual questions.
Just their predetermined replies.

It's been over a week and the same funds are still on pending.
I can still reverse the withdrawal, they haven't even accepted the withdrawal in their system and they blame the payment provider.

Stay away people

They'll be good to you at the beginning , until you start winning a bit more, then they'll.make it impossible for you to make a withdrawal.
