Sent my phone end of November still no payment keep emailing told that the site is down I can’t log in I am absolutely fuming I have gone to trading standards because this is classed as theft

Sent phone to them before Christmas they came and claimed there some screen burn, they didn't give an alternative instead said they would return the phone.......chased them and was told to bare with them and I would adviced when it dispatched.
Emailed them since and no reply, I can't find them anywhere now, and I still haven't had my phone returned.
Terrible company!!!

I can’t understand how others are having a positive experience with this app.
I initially set up my account prior to the Xmas break. However Iv been trying to log in now for at least 2weeks.
I have tried everything, removing & re-downloading the app but it just won’t let me in.
Iv tried to create a new account but still the issues are the same.
When you try to enter your phone number to log in, sadly it just advises in red that there is a problem please try later 🙄🤦
It’s incredibly frustrating as I can’t see a contact for them or any other way to access this site.
So I’m hoping maybe, by posting my experience open & honestly they may reach out to hopefully offer a solution or assist.
I have so much to sell, all brand new with tags, and I felt this app would make that selling process easier.
If anybody does have experience of this issue and you’ve successfully remedied that I would really appreciate a heads up.

They spammed me with emails saying my payment was declined and to check my details, I tried to visit the site and it was gone, I couldnt access it, customer service sent a single email asking for screenshots then nothing. This company stole my phone, do not use them

Do not use these lot. They are ignorant and do not respond to emails. Emailed around 20 times as my parcels were lost on the way to them and they have been rude to not respond when I provided receipts. They will be good to you on their terms!

Not good sent my galaxy s21 off after agreeing price a month ago. It's been over a month since it was delivered to their warehouse. Now I've been logged out of the app and cannot log back in. For days it's been saying an error has occurred. Support doesn't answer email anymore either. Really frustrating and beginning to look like fraud

No response from customer service, phone is lost in their warehouse, been logged out of twig account...I sent my phone with the AnPost label provided by Twig in November but app constantly said it wasn't shipped and reminded me to ship. Went on to customer service and in the beginning seem helpful but response time was way too long. Unfortunately the experience was not at all good and it seems now my phone is lost somewhere in their warehouse although AnPost shows as delivered. It was definitely received. Then a few days ago after my probably 4th or 5th attempt to get some info from customer service, I've been logged out of twig account and now can't even log in anymore. May need to report to guards for theft. Worst company I have ever dealt with and definitely do not recommend. The trustpilot stars are definitely not deserved in my case.

Quick response and payment for my old device.

Great service and got decent cash for my phone. Box sent for me to be able to send phone to them (including postage) , and payment processed same day as they received it and for amount stated. Would definitely use again

fast and honest , was dealt with quickly and updated throughout the process and money in bank asap

Used 3 times to sell my phones and can say they are very reasonable on the price they agree and so far have fulfilled their promise. Can recommend them to you if you have a smartphone to sell, some websites offer slightly more for your unwanted smartphones but Twig are brilliant.

Prompt service, and money offered was paid into my account within aa couple of days.

After sending my phone to Mazuma and for them to then offer a quarter of the price quoted my brother suggested Twig, They gave me my quote and paid the quoted amount into the bank that very day they received the phone. Would recommend

Yet again another business ("twig". What sort of name is that NOT appropriate for buying a mobile phone). that is willing to purchase your mobile phone at a VERY appealing cost.
I attempted to sell a decent Samsung S20 they quote:
"You have sold the following:
S20, Lived A Little, Unlocked, for £134.00"
I send off to them via printed mail label as promised packing shipping package never arrived (It did two weeks later).
Upon twigs receipt they offer £40.00, then £50 with my intervention, then I suggest £70.00. No reply from twig and fortunately they return the S20.
SOLD AT CEX in my local town for £126.00! No need to say anymore!
