Sent Wrong Product But Provides Stellar Service!

I ordered an a Camco 44123 RV refrigerator fan but when I opened the box it contained a Camco 44124 unit, which I did not want. I contacted Tweety's and explained the situation, including the fact that when I searched their site for 44123 two examples popped up (along with another non-Camco product).

Their representative got back to me in less than 24 hours and let me know that the 44123 unit was no longer available from Camco, which replaced it with the 44124 model. They promptly gave me a full refund (including shipping), thanked me for alerting them to the incorrect information on their site, and told me to keep the fan they had sent at no charge.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt they should have notified me of the product swap before shipping it. Could have saved them the cost of the product I didn't want and shipping. Other than that, Tweety's is great and I will use them again in the future!!

They are very quick

They are very quick, I found their prices were great, they delivered on time and my shipment was packed very nice, the product was awesome

Product was not packed firmly on boxes

Product was not packed firmly on boxes. The one gal. can of adhesive was badly dented and was lucky it didn't leak. Same packing issue with the tubes of lap sealants. The roll of sealant tape had many buckles in it that caused air to get to the sticky side of the tape and would not stay attached to the roof at those areas. Had enough extra tape to be able to not have to use these bad areas.
