Bought onsone, then 4 more. The fit is tweaked in and I love the tweed material they supply. I cannot count the number of times I have received compliments from friends and completed strangers on the street. it’s the style of the suit (Very Siegfried “All Creatures etc British Country Gentlemen) that’s not commonplace. Yes, it is a small risk compared to Oliver Wicks (I have two of those). Companies that supply $150 for alterations and will take the suit back, but at the price point, to me, it’s well worth it.

I ordered a suit, not fully reading the lead time which is typically 6-8 weeks. The suit was for my wedding and I left it late to order, I then missed an email asking me to confirm my sizes. When I realised how late I'd left it and there was a risk my suit wouldn't arrive on time (all my fault I'm hasten to add) I content customer service to explain my problem. I got a response very quickly telling me that they would do everything to ensure my suit arrived on time. True to their word, my suit arrived in plenty of time before my wedding. Excellent service and the quality and comfort of the suit was unbeatable. Many thanks indeed.

I ordered a suit for my best friend’s wedding where I am the best man. When it arrived, the trousers were perfect but the waistcoat and jacket were too large, and did not have the correct lining. With three weeks to go until the wedding, I was somewhat anxious about what to do, as the delivery time is around six weeks. Nonetheless, Tonya at Tweedmaker took complete ownership of the problem, made me check my measurements again and resend them, and today, less than two week later (!!!) my new jacket and waistcoat arrived- a perfect fit, and the lining looks amazing. I will definitely be buying from Tweedmaker again. Thank you Tonya, for turning what could have been a disaster into a brilliant resolution.

I ordered a suit on Black Friday at a great price. I followed their measuring guides and the recommended size was 1 size bigger than what I would usually buy. I decided to stick to the recommendation since I've often experienced small size differences between items that are supposedly the same size. The suit took about 6 weeks to arrive.

Sadly, the first time I put it on it was immediately apparent that I had a suit that was one size too big. After reading up on it I figured out (based on other reviews and feedback) that their recommendations aim to ensure the suit can button up fully over your stomach and that my slight potbelly probably caused the mismatch. I emailed tweedmaker about an exchange.

This was over Christmas so their reply was a bit slow, but understandably so. When they replied I sent the suit off to the return address and 2 weeks later another suit arrived! Sadly, they sent me someone else's replacement suit (It was the wrong suit altogether!). However, they immediately apologized, sorted it out, and refunded me for sending the incorrect suit onward (without me having to even ask for the refund). Today is less than 2 weeks after that and I once again received a suit! I am seriously impressed with how fast they responded to correct the earlier mistake. This suit is perfect. Excellent quality, great fit, absolutely better than my existing suit that cost twice the amount!

I will 100% order from them again. The efficiency with which they addressed my concerns when things did go wrong has quadrupled my confidence in dealing with them in the future. Next time, I'll try for a custom-fitted one though (after losing some belly fat of course)

I live in Calgary Canada and having travelled to visit family on many occasions to the UK and seeing tweed clothing more regularly there had wanted tweed suits for over a decade. I was distracted by: the price, the fact that often the suits were not 3 pc, (or of a colour that I wanted), the outcome of sizing a suit on line and then potentially going through the circus of paying a tailor to get something adjusted after it arrived and lastly there was the "do I really need one"? In early 2021 I was teasing myself again over the prospect of adding one of these outfits to my wardrobe and came across Tweedmaker and decided I would reward myself finally with a suit at a price I was willing to risk. I picked two out, as the company offers great discounts throughout the year that are hard to refuse. I sent in my measurements based on their instructions and about 4.5 weeks later a DHL box shows up that felt like it was holding cement. I gently removed the box taping and vacuum-packed contents. All I can say is that these suits are not cheap - they are inexplicably inexpensive. As of today I have just ordered my 11th one since Jan 2021 and cannot begin to count how many complements I have received. They are warm, hardy and you really do feel great when you put one on. I have never had to get any of them adjusted by a tailor. The first two I had pressed at a dry cleaner to get the packing lines out but since then I have literally let them hang properly in the shower room with the shower running for 20 minutes and the result has been the same. They have a marvellous weight to them that is like that of military DEU's for those of you who have served. They have a highly distinguished look about them that doesn't cross into tacky or too much. I have ordered accessories too and had the same enjoyable outcome as with the suits-no disappointments. I have several friends who have hopped on the train with these now from Tweedmaker and we have coined our group the Canadian Tweed Club. My challenge with these suits has been finding a comparable place for my wife to find something similar, as she loves my suits and fabric too. The only thing that surpasses the suits is the experience the staff give you. I'm not a fan of online purchasing but their team is prompt, friendly, helpful, and very professional especially if something is out of sorts. I know many companies that could learn a lot from them. I highly recommend Tweedmaker! Cheers

Always skeptical about adverts on social media I looked into Tweedmaker and opted to take a leap of faith. So glad I did. I ordered two three piece suits at the end of November. I took advice from Tonya about sizing, and settled back expecting my suits to arrive mid January. Several days before Christmas a courier knocked on my door with my suits. Both fit perfectly and look really good; was pleased the legs had extra length to allow for small adjustments, which I had done before New Year. Excellent service, excellent quality, excellent price. Would highly recommend Tweedmaker to anyone looking for a quality tweed suit made to your measurements!

Ordering process was quick and easy, and customer service was helpful and responsive with sizing questions. The suit arrived sooner than I expected, and everything fits well.

I have recived My 3 pice suit. But The jacket is too Big.? I have tryed too e-mail 5 times But nothing happens???

Although slightly apprehensive about ordering a suit online I went ahead and sent my measurements as requested and kept everything crossed. I shouldn't have worried....the suit and accessories all arrived earlier than expected and fitted perfectly. Excellent quality, perfect fit. It was much admired at my god daughters wedding this weekend.
I don't normally care for wearing suits but can't wait to get this one on again. Thanks Tweedmaker team, excellent service and communication, well done.

Had some delay issues but they did refund

Ordered two tailored suits, ties and braces. The suits arrived in good time and I was very impressed with the quality of the material, cut, and general 'feel' of both of them. Then I tried them on, and what an impressive fit. The trousers were a bit bigger in the waist (room to grow?) but I'd rather too loose (hence the braces) than a bit tight. They both fit exceptionally well (though my wife prefers the darker suits cut). Very please.
The only negative was the ties and braces had the wrong address on the label (these things happen) which resulted in the packaged being returned to sender. Once I engaged Tweedmaker about this issue it was resolved in less than a day with a replacement package being sent to the correct address. I should be receiving them in plenty of time.
So I can say, having deal with most major aspects of the company, that it was very much a pleasant experience resulting in some very fine suits for my new job.

Loving my GreyTweed Suit from Tweedmaker. Ordered the wrong size trousers, which were easy to get replaced, but the process took a few weeks. Have worn the suit a few times now, and always get compliments, last time on the Distinguished Gentlmans Ride. Excellent fit and quality.

Lovely people to deal with. You get a suit - linen or tweed - that is just as described, no corners cut, all nice quality, and if there is a problem, they fix it.

Ordered a tailored suit on Black Friday and got instructions on how to do the measurement. I did it carefully and for extra insurance also visited a tailor which double checked the measurements, to be 100% certain we also measured a suit that fits me perfect. I am a large (52 size suits) What I received was a clown outfit, I estimate it to be XXL minimum.
The fabric was good, but alignments of seams are way out compared to renown brands.

Customer service could confirm they added some inches for “comfort” and basically said it was to big. After my latest reply I haven’t heard anything.

Now I have to have a tailor fit it, which will cost basically the same as a suit from Tweedmaker.
Stay away and buy from a local tailor is my advice.

I've two suits from Tweedmaker. They look as on pictures and fits like a glove though when I had to make some changings, my fault, the tailor said the craftmanship was lousy. Though I'm happy with my suits.

This was the first time ever ordering a custom suit and my first time wearing tweed. From the moment I placed my order till my suit arrived the team at Tweedmaker was amazing. I received my suit in time for my 49th birthday celebration and I looked freaking awesome. I am in love with my suit and so appreciative of everyone's diligence and accomodations at Tweedmaker.

Ordered a tailored 3 peice suit in November black friday sales, finally recieved March 7th. Doesn't fit anywhere, after measuring the way they asked and even watching the videos they sent to get it correct, I was sent rubbish. If i go shopping i would buy sometimes small but usually a medium. This "tailored suit" would be a large pushing xlarge.
To make it worse may partner ordered a different coloured suit from them. That arrived within 2 weeks and FITS!!!! .
They told me "it would be best to get it tailored as my measurements don't look like they would fit.
So after waiting for ages I now have a blue potato bag that I am meant to wear to my wedding in 30 days. I thought tailored was so it fits you well, This i could steal a tv under it and no one would see.
I hate it, and I hope no one ever wastes their time and money with it like we have. Its just a shame i can't go lower than a 1 star. Im so upset and angry.

Never had a suit made for me, was nervous about all the measurements, but if you make a strange measurement they will ask you to double ck!! Glad I paid more for the personal fit! Received many compliments on how it looked and fit. Don’t forget to get the matching hat. I am 70 yrs old but it makes me look good too!
