Dr. Zahra has my highest recommendation. Her impressive qualifications and exceptional talent are matched by her genuine concern for her clients' health. I've been a regular client for more than a year and eagerly anticipate each visit because of her kind, engaging, and compassionate nature. The outcomes of my treatments have been outstanding, surpassing anything I've experienced before. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else and encourage everyone to see her. I have been going to see Dr Z for toxin and a small amount of lip filler for a good few years now and I can honestly say that I would NEVER see anyone else. I've recommended her to at least five friends too. She's brilliant at advising what will and won't work for you and addressing your concerns without judgement.
She's also just a lovely human being!

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Zahra, and I opted to have the Endolift procedure. As I found her to be exceptionally thorough and ethical in advising what would be best for me.
Dr. Zahra made me feel completely at ease throughout the process, providing detailed information about the treatment without any sense of pressure or rush from consultation, pre treatment consultation through to treatment and after care. I found Dr Zahra via the best way possible… a referral from a friend who was looking amazing!! And I’m so glad I did! Having had Botox for the past 20+ years, I have seen a lot of practitioners and I am very specific with my requirements. I have now been having Botox and filler with Dr Zahra for the past year and have found her to be patient and meticulous. Not only is she kind and reassuring, but she is also caring; she has given her honest view re procedures and/or saved me money where she doesn’t feel it’s necessary or the best option (some people just take your money!). Yesterday I trusted her to do Endolift too. Dr Zahra was gentle, patient and kind as usual. I am swollen at the moment, as expected, but am very happy that I had it done and that I had it done with Dr Zahra. I have been going up Dr Zahra for a long time now and I have so much trust in her. She is not only a beautiful, kind soul but she is incredibly professional, and very talented at what she does. I had been having lip fillers over many years and by different clinicians before I found Dr Zahra. I lacked in confidence before my filler treatments but sadly had got carried away, and lost sight of what looks nice and natural. Recently, Dr Zahra had a really honest chat with me and made me aware of the fact my lips had now lost a natural look due to mixture of products, therapists and overfilling. At first, I was upset as it was a shock to be told this but I am so happy that she talked to me about this. She was so caring and kind and just wanted me to feel happy and confident, and to see my own natural features again. We talked about fully dissolving my lips and starting again, I was extremely nervous and reluctant to do this but ohh my goodness!..I now have a lovely, natural shape that I absolutely love! I get so many compliments and that’s just with a small enhancement of my natural shape. I am so grateful to the lovely Dr Zahra for guiding me through this, her support and care has been amazing. Great skin results after microneedling and peel.
Spot free for 4 weeks after and now just the very infrequent smal whitehead.
Very clear aftercare and good product recommendations.

Zahra's practice was recommended to me by my former aestetician who could no longer practice. Zahra is always extremely professional, offers tailored advice without pushing any treatments and the results are great. I keep coming back.

Don’t be fooled by the fact they are in Harley street . Harley street no longer means expertise as ANYONE can just rent a practice there these days it means nothing. Tweak is still worth only 2 stars due to their inexperience and mistakes they made on my face . They also beg for reviews on the day of appointments before the true results are fully visible so reviews are possible unreliable.

Thank you Zahra for helping to transform my skin! The hyperpigmentation has almost completely cleared up in 4 months. I would like to thank tweak facial aesthetics for replying to my feedback of my Girlfreind’s treatment . It was nice of you to offer to sort out the mistake but after she had to live with that mistake for over 6 months she is still traumatised and will not be returning but thanks again .not to take away the fact that you are nice people, I suspect that many of the reviews on here have been prompted by tweak as my girlfriend was begged to leaved reviews on the first visit before the bad work was evident. It’s alway a good idea to review weeks later and not on the day of the treatment. We did find them very pushy for reviews.

Dr Zahra has completely changed my life for the better. After having a brow lift and tear trough fillers, I have never felt better about myself. My confidence is at an all time high and I've never had so many compliments before, although it looks so natural that no one can tell I've had anything done they just think I look great!

Dr Zahra is hands down the best aesthetic doctor I’ve been to. I originally booked in for profilo treatment and after a thorough consultation, we decided that a combination of tear trough and upper cheek fillers would better address my concerns. I love her approach of listening to what your concerns are rather than telling you what she thinks you need. I also had Botox and was super happy with the outcome of all my treatments, I came away feeling refreshed but not obviously ‘done’ which was exactly what I wanted. Would really recommend to anyone wanting to have any fillers-both Dr Zahra and Dr Yusuf were so kind and reassuring and made me feel super at ease. They are such lovely people and incredibly professional.

Dr Yusuf also refused to do a procedure I requested as it wasn't indicated. He explained to me how the fillers would not address my concern-which I think is a great testament to how ethical and honest they are! They were very realistic about what fillers could achieve and explained everything so carefully.

The lip fillers I had were also done so well-they look exactly how I wanted them to and I had no problems at all! Will definitely go back when I need to later on-thank you both :)

Dr Zahra took her time to discuss and understand what my expectations and needs were regarding the procedure. She discussed with me at length exactly what she was going to do and how it would feel. This immediately made me feel much calmer about everything. All the way through the procedure she checked that I was ok and kept me informed that everything was going well! Dr Zahra is highly professional in her approach and clearly knows what she is doing. I immediately felt that I was in good hands when talking with her!
