Late Shipping and Poor Service
I am very disappointed with the service I received when ordering this book. Despite the delivery service doing their job promptly once the package was handed over, the seller delayed the process. The book was shipped three days later than they had promised, even though I specifically contacted them beforehand to ensure it would arrive on time. They assured me it would be shipped the same day.
Also, they offer various delivery options at different prices. However, this seems meaningless, as their delays made the expedited service useless.

Hey, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order and for not meeting the expectations we set. :/
We completely understand your frustration, especially after you contacted us in advance to confirm the timely dispatch. Our goal is always to provide reliable service, and we regret that we fell short in this instance.
Regarding the delivery options and prices, they are not determined by us but by the delivery services themselves. That’s why we offer multiple delivery options, so each customer can choose the one that best suits their needs.
Once again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we hope the book still brings joy to the little one.
Predivne personalizirane knjige.
