Bad customer service. Reset demo account you need to send a mail to some guy?!?!?
Others just handle it immediately in their chat or have a do-it-yourself button on their website. Thought i was back in the early years of this century again.

I've been very pleased with Gafur's service. For me, it's about convenience and transparency. He's always been punctual despite of the time difference as I'm located in Canada. He was able to handle all of the accounts that I've referred my network to and it's been all but positive experiences. Thank you for putting our best interests first. A+

No trading on weekends. Other than that i would use it but will be trying to find a service that is available seven days a week.

This company processed my application very quickly. I reached them by phone right away when I called. When I had a problem with a deposit because of a typo, they fixed the problem right away. Excellent!

I have been with Tradeview for almost a year and every time I have tried to get help from customer service they have been useless. Some past ones couldn’t even understand English and what I was asking. One of biggest issues is that everyday I can’t trade fro like 1-2 hrs in the afternoon. Some pairs work but others freeze and it says the markets are closed. I tried one more time today to get help with this issue on chat with Tradeview and Ryan was not helpful. He took forever to communicate and when he did answer he said my trade for Spx couldn’t close cause the market closed at 4pm. I asked oh what others are like this? He didn’t respond. Then I noticed my trade started working again and it was 430pm. After I asked why is it back up if markets are closed. Then he wouldn’t respond and then signed off. It tried to reach a rep again and his name came up 3 times and he closed the chat immediately. So pretty fishy and not professional at all. I will be taking my business to another broker now and will be telling everyone to stay away from Tradeview.

I found Tradeview working great with very tight spread. important for my kind of trading. Sometimes the AutoTrading is disactivated without my intervention.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS ... Sweat & brief - been trading for many years with various different brokers including on actual real exchanges / bank floors before I went independent during the last major crisis of 2008 ... . I like it quiet and talk to pretty much knowone... along the path Trade View out of the blue came to light. Spreads are splendid, white glove platform Available, various leverage levels, various deposits : withdrawals... super team ... sports oriented , solid crew. What else is required? 5 star FULL! thanks team , keep it up! I’ve been around the block more than once ... that’s for sure! Love the professionalism.,. Nice to have them as another broker in my small pool of capital allocation running business activities. Cheers
