I don't have a TV licence I don't record or watch live TV. TV licence. Co.uk says put your licence number down its stupid. If I don't have one and ticked all the boxes to say I don't need one not watching luce TV or recorded anything. The webs gives no option.

This service told me that to state that I have no tv licence I'd have to come here but there is no option for doing this here. This is very misleading. I have no tv set now so I don't need a tv licence, but I can't make this clear to anyone. Very disappointing. Another devilish way to annoy people.

Furious Just moved in to a new property letter…
Just moved in to a new property letter in. The door way saying our TV licence is not been paid for this address we are new tenants we do not or won't have a tv we will use or lab tops or tablets to watch what we want, my issue is they won't answer there phones they say go to their web site to declare U have no tv but there is no option to do so absolutely discraceful costumer service what am I saying there's no customer service whats so ever how dare they say it's a bill owed we have just moved in and have no tv I won't pay RTE FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT USING PLAIN AND SIMPLE
