I look at all these reviews the bottom line TVG sucks I've been a loyal customer for 11 years. It's getting worse every year 1. Why in hell would you hire people whom no nothing about the sport 2. Stop with the covid-19 bullshi!!! and answer the phones I totally agree with the gentleman that left a commit about coustomer service 3. Whom ever doses the handicapping for TVG sucks something horrible stop giving shi!! horses garbage and last but not least the dam sport of horse racing has went to shi!!! and the thing is the cheating at all the tracks across the nation is unbelievable and until serious horse player's like myself stop playing the ponies for at least 3 months it will never change never!!! Like at Parx 9th race there's no way that 99-1 shot should have one the race the dam track screwed everyone with that one big time o and wait jockey's not riding there mounts completely holding back not letting the animal run it's sickening TVG sucks it's really sad what's happening to Thoroughbred horse racing in North America last one Mon-Tuesdays are the most shi!!! days Charlestown-Mountaineer- and all the other horrible tracks ridiculous do your self a favor leave TVG open a direct account with the track you like playing TVG sucks😜🤣👎

Site takes a little getting used to. Would be nice if there was a tutorial explaining all the features and how to use them.

Tvg maybe want to educate and ask their presenters to do their homework before they start pulling British jockey styles to bits, the race in question was the 5.05pm at Wolverhampton today, it was in fact an amateurs race, these people aren't professionals they do it for fun, some maybe not as stylish as mmmmm those north American jockeys, but I'd say they were far more stylish than the arm chair presenter, how bloody rude! The lack of knowledge as a presenter is baffling!

The withdrawals should be equally as timely like the time it takes to deposit money. There should be a search box to get to the greyhounds, if they don't automatically pop-up, I cannot bet the greyhounds, and there not in the regular list of races.

I tried to take full advantage of TVG’s $250(50%) bonus offer and deposit $500 but I was not permitted to do so using TVG’s preferred method of deposit which is echeck. I was limited to $200. This is deceptive advertising and i am very disappointed in your company. I will likely cancel my account. I will also discourage my friends and family from using your services.
