They suddenly tried to use an old bank account number. It has been closed for 15 years. They lost all my updated account information. Phone number and address were all from many years ago. They accused me of trying to pull something over on them. I did not touch my account information or change anything. This is concerning! What happened to all my information? Were they maybe hacked??? I am using a different betting platform and would suggest people stay away from TVG/Fanduel.

Do not listen to their racing picks. I believe they mislead you on purpose. Horrible picks

I've been a consistent client for years, but now that I need help because of a simple address change, all I get is gibberish. I've agreed with their requirements three times, but there has been no improvement.

I have decided to move my money elsewhere to "Plutonium Investment" which provides a better passive income option and is also profit-oriented with their service.

Placed a "missing bet" for $50 across the board to win, place and show. Ticked total $150. The bet appeared in my "Bets" showing with a potential win of up to $1161.

This bet then disappeared from the "Bets" after the race. The balance on the account was $306 prior to placing the missing bet. After the “missing bet” was submitted the balance was $156. About 10 minutes later, the "missing bet" ticket of $150 was placed back into the account and the balance went back to $306. The "missing bet" was a winning bet. Per the “active bets” the approximate payout would have been $1161 if the horse took first place of which it did in fact take first place. The winning bet disappeared and the original bet ticket of $150 was refunded to the account balance. Account holders son spoke with a rep. there twice about the situation and was told twice the key account manager would have to call him back regarding the situation. Account holders son was present and witnessed the race that resulted in the “missing bet”. The key account manager never called.

The situation is very similar to a review left on Trustpilot left on June 6th 2023. TVG only has an average review of 2.6 stars out of 5 on TrustPilot.

Bottom line is you can win a race with a big payout and you are taking the chance TVG will not honor the payout and instead simply reimburse your original bet ticket.

I contact the bet +on July the 3rd letting them know my app wasn't working I unplugged my Samsung tv rebooted my internet when clicking on the app it was blank page bet + email me to let me know they receive the email on July the 3rd on July the 5th at 2:50 a.m. bet + email me and said turn the tv off hold the power button down for five to eight seconds I did everything necessary trying to uninstall and restall the app it would not allow me to do this that's when I realize bet+ only email me because my bill was due on July the 5th not one representative tried to resolve the issue I had to cancel the service it was about the 9.99 they didn't care if I could watch bet + or not very bad customer service and disrespectful to customer's 👎👎👎👎👎

Can't withdraw my winnings. Been trying since Saturday. I use a debit card for my bets. Supposed to be able to withdraw to my account. Very frustrating. I intend to call the Massachusetts attorney general office on Monday. Bettor beware

Bet a race, hit trifecta, waited 8 hrs to be paid, only to learn they had “technical difficulties”
Didn’t pay out the trifecta I won, just refunded my wager
Accepted my bet, but didn’t honor my win

My experience was alright. They should improve their customer experience.

TVG is horrible. I can not withdraw the funds I have in my account. I can deposit money but I can not withdraw any money. This site has turned into a scam site. Please don't use this site.

The only reason i gave 2 stars is bc of the ease of use of the app and the handicapping tools on the app. The drawback is that when you win you can’t get paid. I won $157.10 on the Preakness but it only allowed me to withdraw $57.10. They don’t pay on time. When you win the keep it

The morning of the Kentucky derby I opened an account with TVG. I deposited $300 to bet on the race. That evening I got home from work, I could not sign onto the account, they could not help me “verify my account” and still can’t. Their reason being “ my email doesn’t match the account email. I explained when I signed up on my iPhone an option to “hide my email” was offered which I chose to do. So because the email on the account forwards to my actual email address, and I cannot email them from the “hide my email” account, they can’t do anything for me.. I even emailed them a picture of myself holding my ID which was at their request, still couldn’t be verified email doesn’t match. I tried replying to them through the mail they sent to the hide my email name. The mail went through, but can’t be viewed as sent on my actual email. So basically I have an account that can’t verified, with $300 in it, and they can’t help me . I filled out a report they email me, they would be happy to help me, but the email I’m using doesn’t match the account, I said I sent you all my photo holding my id, just refund my deposit to my card since you can’t verify the account. They can’t help with that either, definite unfair practices/fraud/ thieves. Do NOT sign up for TVG or betfair, you will be scammed

I have used tvg in the past. Yesterday I went on there to place a bet on Kentucky derby. I made a $25 deposit with a 5$ fee my online banking shows 2 $30 withdrawals from tvg. My account balance is 0. So they took $60 from me and there is no way to speak with anyone. 😡. I have tried to chat and still no answers. The lady that I chatted with said she couldn’t help me. I have sent screenshots showing the withdrawals. You would think they could just reverse both charges. I am going to keep on them but I advise people to not use this site

I made several wagers on the 2014 Kentucky derby. I hit the exacta, trifecta, superfecta and exact 5. I calculated that I won over 200k. I was excited to check into my total on my TVG account and nothing registered. I called and they said that I didn’t make the bets which is absolutely incorrect. I know for sure I made the bets. Has anyone ever had any issues with TVG not paying out a big payoff.

TVG customer service used to be great! Fanduel gets involved now customer service SUCKS! So many Negative Reviews. Everybody is saying the same negative things about them - i have had so many bad experiences with there customer service, i know exactly what all these people are talking about! they disabled my account because i made a complaint about them. their Supervisors need to Grow Up and stop acting like little immature kids.
