What a great company within one day of my call, the engineer called on the same day, the very next day my job I'd asked for was completed and completed earlier than expected I was happy with that, the service was excellent! The engineer cleared all packaging and I was 100 per cent happy with the service overall, I'd definitely recommend that anyone uses the company.

Even after storm winds must have downed many aerials, they attended promptly. Discarded my 5 year-old fancy high-gain aerial which had been swinging around and got itself pointing the wrong way, and replaced it with a much smaller one on a shorter pole. Involved climbing on the roof. Took only half an hour. They re-tuned the TV. Results are perfect. Price was less than I expected (less than £200 plus VAT) which included the new aerial and the fitting. Very satisfied.

I did book my appointment more than 2 weeks in advance. They fail, they book it for the next day and they fail and they still book for the next day and they fail. Waste of time. Very sad experience. Also, they overprice.

Called the next day (weekend) to repair and reattach our TV aerial, which was left hanging by the cable after recent high winds. Very good service by Gary.

I am a disabled man, and I called this company to fit some TVs to the wall. When the representative came, he didn't have the correct tools to do the job. He then, out of nowhere, began asking me about my disability, which I am very self-conscious about and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He went on for almost 10 minutes grilling me about my disability. After he left, I was in tears as I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing me upset. I did call the management and he apologized and told me he would have someone back out to me within a few hours. It is now 24 hours later and not a peep. Really disappointed.

I recently had a diagnostic carried out and went ahead with a simple aerial installation. I was charged £394. This is daylight robbery and I have complained.
Am awaiting resolution.
Do not use this company. They are complete charlatans and I will be reporting to the Ombudsman

Came around quickly to flat in Islington. They were pleasant but quoted an outrageous price for sorting an aerial, around £700. When that was not acceptable they started to reduce the price.
I arrived when my sister-in-law was getting the quote. It was a classic heavy sales approach and very pressurised. They then started lying saying things that with a fire stick you couldn't get live TV and that live TV wouldn't be available on a lab top to try and get an immediate decision. They pray on the vulnerable and people who do not know about aerials - fortunately I arrived, they left. I sorted out the TV for £30.
Avoid this company.

this Company and aerial force seem to be one and the same, I phoned Aerial Force and the invoice was TvaerialCompany, and I filled in a review for them, the same review is for Aerial Force, they are appalling, their prices are exceptionally expensive and if you have the misfortune to use them check and double check the price of everything and do not assist them in anyway unless you get paid for it and for goodness sake check and test everything you want done is done before they depart, watch over them.
£700 to fit new aerial and 2 way spliter and about 12 feet cable, they connected it to the wrong TV so I cannot get freeview on the TV in the living room, they taped the connection with black electricians tape and stuffed it into the back of the tv cabinet so I wouldnt see it.

TVAerial Company responded quickly to my call and came the next day. Ahmad knew how to fix our problem, took great care with the installation and, took time to iron out the unexpected wrinkle. He and colleague Ali were super polite and efficient.

I filled-out a simple enquiry online. Within approx. 10 minutes I had a phone call and someone was at my door within a couple of hours. The Engineer was brilliant, knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my satellite problem in no time. Amazingly quick service.

Unlike most local contractors who rarely reply to potential customers TVAC instantly responded sending engineer Darren the following day at 8am. Darren quickly assessed our problem with a choice of two solutions and returned first thing Saturday with the required kit. The work was completed efficiently & cleanly and we are delighted to leave a 5 star review. We'll done Darren!

Amazing helpful service.
I wanted to discuss options for installing an aerial ahead of a BT installation.
Omar was super helpful, gave me several options on loft / wall mounting. In the end we settled on just running the cabling so I could set up an aerial in the loft myself.
All complete now and very happy with the set up. 5* review.

I contacted and filled in the enquiry forms for several local companies and this was the only one who replied. Office staff were polite and efficient and it was easy to reschedule they called ahead and Peter arrived in timely manner. Peter was polite and respectful wore a mask (as requested), happy to answer my questions and carried out the job professionally.

Quick aerial installation. Ricky came and was fast efficient. I can recommend them for aerial installation. No worries.

Quick and easy, made an inquiry at 8pm and the Darren Smith came out the next morning to look at the job, and came back early the following day and fitted the TV and bracket in under 2 hours. Amazing service.
