My daughter’s confidence took a hit when we moved to the English schooling system from Scotland. She started her first year of A levels last year and the transition was difficult. We decided to try private tutoring with Tutoring Heroes to see if this would help close the gap in her knowledge. I am very happy to say that the time she has spent with Alisha and Maia has been very successful. With their hard work our daughter is now on track to get the grades needed to get into her chosen degree. Our original plan was to cancel the tutoring sessions once she was back on track, but it’s been going so well we’ve decided to carry on until her final exams. I highly recommend Tutoring Heroes.

I reached out to Tutoring Heroes 3 months before the summer GCSE exams started. My daughter had zero confidence in Maths and had convinced herself she was going to fail. She was assigned to Flora who was absolutely brilliant. She was patient, understanding, took her time and positively reinforced my daughter’s confidence when she got things right, and guided her step by step through topics where she was struggling. The change in her confidence levels was amazing to see and she came out of all 3 Maths exams with no meltdowns and feeling quietly confident. I am so glad I made the decision to get in touch with Tutoring Heroes and would genuinely recommend them to anyone who could benefit from some extra 121 support

This has been such a fabulous service. My daughter has had support from tutoring hero's for several years. Her tutor helped her excell at her maths and gain so much confidence. It really surpassed what i expected. I feel that this was down to the tutors excellent communication skills, was warm and understanding and had a range of ways to share knowledge. We brought the support to a close as my daughter feels confident with her maths which is a huge achievement.

I highly recommend Maths Tutoring Heroes- Jersey & Guernsey Tutors. Our 3 Sons have found online maths tuition with MTH hugely beneficial. Their confidence in their maths has rocketed, they are all now working at a higher ability in their mathematics. The Tutors are extremely supportive, patient, encouraging and all 3 of our boys have greatly benefited from their lessons online. One of our boys was struggling with maths and finding maths in school frustrating, he wasn’t keen at first to try additional maths lessons as a tool
to help, he did agreed to try it out and he hasn’t looked back. (several years to date of success and enjoyment with online tutoring with Maths Tutoring Hereos). All 3 boys really enjoyed their weekly maths lesson and thrived, after several lessons building up on areas they struggled with and focusing on breaking through the problem areas they cracked the areas they felt concerned with and were successfully completing maths in these areas they had found tricky, they no longer found maths a struggle and really looked forward to maths in school and really were excited about their weekly maths online maths lessons with Maths Tutoring Heroes. His 2 brothers didn’t want to miss out and we signed them up too. All 3 boys have really excelled in maths thanks to the dedicated, supportive and highly professional maths tutors. We first heard about Tutoring Heroes about 15 months. My 16 year old daughter is about to sit her GCSE's and Leah has helped her consistently during this time. She is really reliable, she completely gets the syllabus and her teaching is very clear and structured. I think it works really well having a university student whose currently studying maths as they are closer to understanding what young people are going through at this time. Leah gives me a report after each session to explain how my daughter got on and if there was anything she's struggling with. Having a busy household I love the fact that its not another journey to take her to a tutor instead she can log on at home its super convenient. We are really pleased with this company and our tutor.

Tutoring Heroes – only wish we’d found them sooner! Chloe, our 16 year old daughter’s tutor, is fantastic in her approach. In just 12 lessons our daughter’s confidence and ability in maths has soared – it has been noticed at school and her grades have greatly improved already.
We are provided with regular, detailed feedback and Chloe’s gentle approach has meant that maths lessons are now looked forward to and not dreaded!

First Jess and more recently Zaynab have both been fantastic with my son, tailoring his maths sessions and making learning fun and engaging. He grows in confidence every week and has a very positive attitude towards learning now.

I would highly recommend Tutoring Heroes - very responsive and helpful throughout the time we used them. The choice of Bartek as tutor was spot on - a fabulous maths tutor who was flexible on timing, completely reliable and had a great way of making things understandable.

Emily has been helping my son with English, she has listened to the feedback and worked with my son teacher to ensure that he achieves better results in his comprehension.
My son has improved within few months from 14% to 76% in his second test and 79% in his latest results showing consistent improvement.
As well as that, both Emily and Alan have been very responsive and addressed all questions promptly.

Great tutoring experience for our 11 year old daughter who was struggling with maths in year 6. The one to one learning really helped her underpin the teachings she had in class and enabled her to grow in confidence ahead of her SATs. Would highly recommend

My daughter needed some extra tuition with her maths lessons and her school had little interest in helping. Thankfully a friend put us in touch with Tutoring Heroes who have been easy to deal with and offer a great service. My daughter enjoys her lessons with Leah and her maths is really improving too. I would highly recommend Leah.

My son needed a little extra support with his maths and a boost to his confidence and Aiden Mills was the person to do this, he is a fantastic teacher. A fantastic company to use if you need tutoring. Bartek assisted my son with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. He is amazing, very patient and kind and able to adapt a lesson according to the student's needs. He is very knowledgable and able to challenge his student but also to notice when a student needs more time with a specific problem. The company, as well as our specific tutor, have been very accommodating and flexible. They understand that "life happens" and have always assisted when I requested a change in schedule or extra lessons. Highly recommend!!

My son started having lessons with Aiden a few months ago. His improvement has been noticeable, from not wanting to see anything English related to being happy about his weekly lessons with Aiden. His vocabulary has improved and so has his speed and comprehension of more complex text. I'd highly recommend Tutoring heroes and Aiden!

Leah has been tutoring my daughter for a few months. My daughter is cementing her maths knowledge and gaining greater confidence. Leah is very professional and always provides feedback. The sessions are structured but with the opportunity to spend time on weaker areas to ensure concepts have been grasped My daughter looks forward to her sessions.

The manager and tutors were excellent. They adjusted techniques to met my sons needs and mixed the criteria up a bit to help with his low attention span. Can highly recommended tutoring hero’s, very personal and professional.
