Our guide, Susanna Mantovani, is superb. Beyond having a wealth of knowledge in art history, she demonstrates superb sensibility to her clients, adapting to our particular interests and needs. We could have visited the Accademia a hundred times on our own without noticing the special details and interesting facts she shared with us. We are extremely grateful for her service. She really made the highlight of our day trip to Florence (well, excepting the shoe shopping of course :)).

I had to cancel my activity due to the heavy rainfall that happened in Milan (i was stuck in Lake Como). I didnt have means of communication, so I could not advise the guide that I wasnt going to be able to make it. The supervisor was very upset that "i hadnt told them" because "the tour guide could have done another tour" (even though I got no refund). However, I had a second activity booked with them in 3 days time, and I told them I wasnt going to make it for the same reason and they said that still they could not refund me because there wasnt enough time, as if I could control the weather somehow.
I do not mind them keeping the money, but the attitude, very unhelpful, not human at all.
I do not recommend it.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about the Last Supper and the Church. She was really friendly and made it a great experience for us, I would highly recommend this tour it was a great experience

Very interesting and dedicated accompanied visit. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Without her, the visit would have been without substance (if no adequate readings made before). timing was adequate and her kindness and nice support very well appreciated.

Our guide Marco was waiting for us and he gave interesting background stories and promptly took us through the various checkpoints. The 15 odd minutes we spent inside the refectory witnessing the last supper were simply the best 15 minutes of our lives. Well organized

The guide was a super hero for us: she knew every small detail about the church, about Da Vinci, about Last supper. She was super caring, she was sharing all her knowledge and she was a good guide for us.

I have bought two tickets for Galleria dell’Academia Florence one month in advance. I have paid but I have not received my tickets. I tried email and what’s up with no success. I want my money refunded otherwise I will follow the legal process and file a lawsuit.
