Good product and price but incredibly slow service

Overall very happy with the vanity we purchased but was shocked at how long it took to process the order. It was nearly two weeks after we ordered it before the item even shipped and during that period I had a lot of trouble even speaking to anyone at Tuscan Basins to make sure it was actually going to arrive.

HI Steven, we did inform you that this vanity was on backorder and shipped out after the container arrived. Vanities take at least two weeks to arrive.

Tuscanbasin review

complete lack of experience in customer service and care. Website states returns to be shipped to a PO box when FEDEX does not provide this service. Tuscon needs to be aware of shipping policies and procedures before forcing their customers to waste their time dealing with poor terms and conditions and shipping return policies...

We apologize for any problems you may have incurred but our return policy clearly states to call for return authorization first. We have many warehouses and each warehouse must know what they are accepting and from whom in order to process your return effectively. We did give you a 100% refund even though we never received the product in good faith AND we did not charge you a restocking fee since it was around the holidays.

Great service!

I received very prompt service, free shipping, and an excellent value from Tuscan Basins. When one problem arose, they worked very quickly and effectively to remedy things to my complete satisfaction. Yes, I would shop with them again and recommend them to my friends.

Thank You Leo!

Leo is an absolute gem! It was easy to order and vanity looks fantastic in our master bathroom. There was a delay in our shipment due to hurricane matthew and then the shipment arrived damaged (countertop broken, sink nicked, and vanity doors not straight). Leo stayed on top of communications and details, then had a new shipment rushed right away. Thank you Leo!

Delivery

Easy to order but difficult to know when it is going to be delivered. Order has been in pending pick up status for some time.

Thank you for the reply Tuscanbasins. It's been more than 48 hours and I called delivery company as well. They are unsure when it will be delivered and no call back today to verify ETA. I'm confident that it will arrive but unsure when.

Hi Dan, it takes 24 to 48 hrs for an item to have its tracking register into the system. Next time you can call us directly or go to amtrucking.com to check your delivery status. Also keep in mind its Thanksgiving week and orders get backed up for pickup. Take care

Great communication

I was impressed with the amount of communication that Tuscanbasins provided while trying to resolve shipping issues. The item was a large mirrored medicine cabinet with a limited supply. When it was delivered to Tuscan, they found it to be damaged. Tuscan worked to locate a replacement but the item was no longer available. Tuscan notified me of every step along the way and when a replacement could not be found they immediately issued a full refund of the purchase price without hesitation or question. Great business and great service!

Perfect customer service!

This company has the best, fastest customer service of any I have ever dealt with. There was a problem with my order that was my fault, but Leonardo was easy to deal with and made sure everything was to my satisfaction in an unbelievably prompt and accurate way. I would deal with them again in a second!

Tuscan Basins delivers!

Tuscan Basins was outstanding from both the product quality and the service they provided. I plan to purchase additional items for my home renovation. The owners personally followed up on my expedited shipping request and saved me a lot of money. I greatly appreciate the level of effort they put into their customer service.

Customer Service

Leo showed great communication skills with his customers. You don't feel like a number because he tries to solve all concerns about your order. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone professional but personable and making you feel satisfied with your purchase.
