This company handled a recent liquidation for the company I worked for. If I could give zero stars I would, I would describe them as vultures over a carcass. Every aspect of this liquidation was purely to benefit themselves and at the detriment of the employees. The correspondence with Lauren was minimal, jargon heavy and quite honestly very unhelpful. We were left completely in the dark for weeks without knowing where we stood and if we were going to get any remuneration back at all. In fact, my instinct was correct, zero money was given out to anyone except this company. We all received a heartless conclusion, saying basically we had to claim any monies owed from the Government. Overall, we were all swindled out of a months salary, no holiday pay and zero redundancy. A pretty poor show and a poor representation of Turpin Barker Armstrong.

Stay well clear
If you’re thinking about putting your company into administration and care about your staff, stay well clear. They give you minimal information and leave you fighting for your money once it’s already too late.
I also reported a data breach with their logo all over it — they did nothing to investigate and just brushed it off, like they do with everything else you raise. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Sept 2026, I get an e-mail via Trust Pilot alledgedly from the company involved wanting all my details so that they can investigate..
Alarm Bells !!
Looking at the postings on Turst Pilot seems other disatified customers have had the same dogy e mail even my pc security is telling me this is unsafe.
