Excellent Customer Support from Carly

I’m a professional operator with the highest overall ratings in an urban market with 130 units. When it comes to software that’s handling your operations, it’s not only about the effectiveness of the program you’re using, but the support you receive. My team made a mistake and Jules was very helpful in getting that rectified. Turno support- hands-down the best support I have ever encountered.

I don't usually write reviews but the customer services I experienced from Turno is world class. I was helped by CARLY and she is a absolute rockstar. She was able to get all of my issues addressed like helping me get my business license verified, get my profile bio changed and helped me add pictures. I wish every company had service like this!

Great service

We have started using Turno this month and thought we had secured a cleaner. Well on the day of the cleaning she did not show and we have to reach out to support for assistance since our back up was also not available. Faye helped walk us through the process and got us up and running again‼️
What are stressful experiences can be made less so with great support. Thank you Turno!
