You sent an incorrect order and I have been trying to contact you for weeks! I even sent you photos of the incorrect product. No response! I am contesting the charges as a result. You have acted in a fraudulent manner and you don’t care.
I never got my full order, and when I reached out, got no response. This was not a small purchase for me, and it appears I have thrown my money down the drain. The lights are on, but nibody is home.
Zero would be a more accurate rating. I placed an order on 8/25/2025. I received half of my order several weeks later, but now it is 10/6/2025, and I have not received my full order. I contacted this company, and its partner "shop.com" numerous times, but have not received any response - nor have I received my order. This company appears to be a scam, and a pricey one at that.
I have bought from these guys three months now in a row, their orders arrive fast and their products are powerful. I’ve lost 15 pounds in three months and I feel great. I’m a daily runner and add to that my runs are now in the top 3% speed wise . Wow 🤩.
