I picked the car up this morning (E20PMG). WOW!! So quick! We were quoted a week and that’s exactly how long it took. How smooth an operation! If we’re ever to have another accident (perish the thought) we know exactly where to bring our car!!! Cheers!! Pete Gunson.

My car was sent here after a bump. The communication from them was second ro none. They kept me informed throughout the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They picked the car up for repair and offered to drop off after and take courtesy car back to save me time. The repair was so professional I couldn't tell it had even been dented. The staff were really friendly and helpful and am very grateful to them all. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from initial contact to delivering a 'near new' vehicle. Not only had the accident damage been expertly repaired (such that the previously damaged area was indistinguishable from original) but the car had been fully valeted inside - we've never seen it so clean since the day we purchased it 12years previously!

Following my recent accident I would like to thank Turners for their excellent service. They collected my car really quickly & provided me with a courtesy car and kept me informed with my car. They did a really good job in repairing my car. It looked like new when they returned it. They did a really good valet on it and it still shines. I would definitely recommend Turners they are all so helpful and provide a really good service. I cannot fault them.

The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Appalling customer service!! Missed the completion day 8 times and didn’t have the decency to let me know. Had to constantly call my insurer for updates, the 2 updates I did get from turners contradicted themselves on the reason for delays, when my vehicle was ready turners decided they couldn’t return my vehicle for nearly a week. I managed to go collect it but was met with rude staff. 1 staff member brought my vehicle to the front, he passed the keys and walked off I had to call him back to ask a few questions, the standard of work was poor( panel line didn’t match up) these clowns even put the old damaged parts onto the new bumper!!!! This garage doesn’t deserve the 1 star but unfortunately I couldn’t give no stars

Amazing quality service from start to finish. Kept up to date throughout the whole repair by a warm and professional team. They looked after my car as if it was their own, and I received it in immaculate condition.

Collecting my car and returning it, with the replacement vehicle meant there was no stress.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. They are simply fantastic!
