Good communication and all round efficiency
Efficient pickup and delivery. Good communication- they kept me informed of progress. The car was cleaner inside on return than when they picked it up. The driver who collected my car and brought the courtesy car chatted companionably about living in the countryside. The repair has returned the car to ‘as new’ condition.

Vehicle returned with repairs incomplete- and Turners claiming that the un-repaired damage wasn't caused by the accident. Suggesting that we are lying about the damage! Referred back to the insurance company, but not the sort of service I was expecting, particularly after having paid the insurance excess

Great service
Great service. Made contact with me straight away after my accident. Was prompt with booking me in and arranging a courtesy car. Was dropped off by a lovely employee who was really kind. Car loaned me was spotless. There was even petrol in it.
My Car was repaired and brought back to me quickly.
