Do not use this website [ It's a professional scamming website]

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. It looks like an official Turkish visa application site, but it is NOT affiliated with the actual government.

I mistakenly paid $130 for a visa that costs significantly less on the official site. The website is misleading and designed in a way that makes users believe they are applying through the official Turkish government portal.

There was no clear indication that this is a third-party service charging excessive fees for something that can be done directly for much cheaper. This feels highly deceptive and unfair, especially for people who are not familiar with the official process.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website and apply only through the official Turkish e-Visa website to prevent overpaying.

Very frustrating experience.

Not official. They charge 5 times the official amount and still do not service the VISA for weeks unless you follow up multiple times.

Not official visa distributer

Not official visa distributer. Oficial evisa is ready right after a payment, but they said it will take longer than few months, and to get evisa I need to pay more to speedup the process

Scam website…

I mistakenly went through this website to apply for a Turkish visa, thinking I was on the govt website. I ended up paying over double the price I would have paid if I had actually been on the govt website. Do not use this website they are sharks who completely mislead the user into believing they are in fact on the govt website. Unfortunately Google send you directly here when you do Google search.

I would still recommend using copilot to check the legitimacy of a website as scammers are getting smarter. I need my personal details deleted off this website and have reported it :)

Total Scam and misleading

Absolutely Not, they are butchering the innocent visa applicants, who think that this is an official Turkey Visa Application System. Totally misleading.

This website claims that there are very high volume of application and go for fastest option by paying around 165USD. Which is totally wrong, the same day I applied 3 more visas for my family members on evisa.gov.tr website and all three were approved and received in 10 mins.

They also threat, if they are questioned. I would recommend to report this company when you visit Turkey. If I get time I will definitely lodge a report and claim with Government of Turkey as why they are allowing this kind of company to run under their nose and add bad name to the Government.

Worst misleading website

Worst misleading website. They have the exact copy of the original government website and I am sure that Turkish ministry knows about it as they have a share in this bulls. Please stay away. They have charged me twice i.e., 200USD+200USD.It is ok if they have charged once, but twice is no good. I am going to drag this to hell. I am unable to find any contact details and there is no way to contact them. I have already filed a dispute with my bank for this overcharged fake service.

I used this website (turkeyvisa com tr)

I used this website (turkeyvisa com tr) believing it was the official Turkish e-Visa site, as it appeared at the top of Google search results and looked identical to a government website. I completed my application, assuming the fee was correct, and was charged $200—four times the actual cost of $50.

After realising the overcharge, I contacted them for a refund, but there was no customer service support. The phone number listed doesn’t work, and their email responses were dismissive and threatening. Instead of addressing my concerns, they accused me of fraud and warned that my personal details would be shared with authorities if I pursued a refund.

I have since discovered many others have had the same experience. This website is misleading people into paying inflated fees by pretending to be an official service. They take your personal details, overcharge you, and then refuse any refund while responding aggressively.

Avoid this site at all costs—it is a scam preying on travellers.

The reply I got from them:

" Our service is not free. We are not your slaves or your unpaid employees.

We will forward your messages to our company lawyer in order to file a criminal complaint against you to the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office due to your insults and threats.

We do not provide any misinformation. We do not mislead people. We have never claimed to be a "Government". We never said that we were "a government site". This is clearly evident from our service agreement, which you read and approved before applying.

We have provided you with a service and you are requesting a refund for that service. You request a refund from us for the service we provided to you in return for our labour.

We will definitely not issue any refunds. In addition, if you have any official refund request, since this will constitute the crime of "Qualified Fraud" according to Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code, we will file a criminal complaint against you to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office if we receive any official refund request.

You can file a complaint wherever you want. However, you cannot insult us by calling us "scammers". For this reason, a separate criminal complaint will be filed against you for the crime of insult.

If you found our service expensive, you shouldn't have paid. No one held a gun to your head and forced you to pay. We didn't cheat on you. We didn't mislead you.

You have applied with your own consent, knowingly and willingly, by reading and approving our service agreement. Now you are trying to defraud us by asking us to refund the money we received for our labor.

Necessary information has been provided to our legal department regarding the issue.

Insulting and slandering is a crime and punishable according to the Turkish Penal Code.

There is no misleading information anywhere on our site that will create a misleading perception as if we are a government site. We have never made such a claim. We are a private company. (If you have such a perception, it is due to your carelessness.) This situation is clearly stated in the service contract you have read and approved before applying.

Your approved visa and service contract have been sent to you by email and SMS.

We remind you that you apply with your own free will and make your payment of your own free will. No one extorted a fee from your side.

Our service has been completed perfectly and your visa has been approved and sent to you with the information you provided in the visa application form.

All your information is stored as a requirement of our service contract and will be shared with relevant authorities if any refund request receive.

It is stored for submission to the relevant authorities in case you initiate any officially refund request.

You will not be refunded in definitely any way."

Trick you into charging more

I used this website thinking it was the official website (they have copied the look of the government website). When you try book a slow visa ($50) they say there is no availability of this option and you have to pay more for a faster visa ($115). They made it seem as if they are at capacity and make you panic & want to book straight away. Reading other reviews now, other people have had the same experience. I emailed them to question why they could not offer me the slow visa & I got the following response:

We remind you that you apply with your own free will and make your payment of your own free will. No one extorted a fee from your side.

All your information is stored as a requirement of our service contract.

It is stored for submission to the relevant authorities in case you initiate any officially refund request.

turkeyvisa.com.tr is a scam site

I am still fuming as I write this review about a website (turkeyvisa.com.tr) that has left me feeling utterly frustrated and deceived. The website in question, "turkeyvisa.com.tr" pretends to be an official government website. But let me tell you, it's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

From the moment I landed on the website, I was bombarded with flashing banners and pop-ups claiming that evisa process needs different processing fees . The language used was official-sounding.

The website is a masterclass in deception.

Here's the worst part: the website is still active, and I'm sure it's still scamming people to this day. I've reported it to the relevant authorities, but I'm not holding my breath. That's why I'm writing this review – to warn others about the dangers of this fake government website. FTC , Turkish police , credit card authorities have been all reported

DON’T USE THEM.

I don’t recommend this organisation at all. Please DON’T use them. I have a dual citizenship Turkish /Australian even though I did a mistake and obtained my visa through this people because I thought I was on the original website. ( my Turkish passport is expired so I am travelling with my Australian passport these days) You can simply go to original website and obtain your visa less than a minute once you submit your application, so please don’t pay 3 times more to these people for something that you can simply do it very very easily yourself. Yes, you can understand if you look a bit more carefully that you are on a third party website but not always we pay full attention to any details in our life so mistake happens but I’m writing this comment here so I may help other people save their own cash.

Also in their website, it says that you cannot apply for a standard visa due to high volume of applications and they offer you an other visa option which way more expensive than the standard one. This is very smart for them but
I born and raised in Türkiye so I don’t like when my own people cheat foreigners when they see/find any opportunity to do so. Hope this review would help anyone to save some extra cash.
