I ordered some tulips to be delivered to a person dear to me, in holiday. I ordered them from England, the website translated to English. I received constant updates via email.
Amazing service can't thank these enough. I made a error on the address which was miles away i contacted them and my gift was delivered the next day. Thank you for understanding and being so kind.

I am a developer in Northern Cyprus…
I am a developer in Northern Cyprus needing a present of a pot plant for my lawyers new office. On June 24, 2025 I tried to order through their website but Iktisatbank failed to to send a payment code, typically incompetence recurring fault of this bank. I emailed Turkish flowershop and we tried various solutions and ended with them finding an employee with an iktisat account to which I made a transfer. They were so caring and helpful sending me at least 8 helpful emails and for only a £100 order. In 60 years of worldwide business I’ve never had such service and with such care and consideration. They deserve a prize for the business with the most outstanding customer service. Wonderful people to deal with. You won't get what you order - save your money
They were ok communicating through WhatsApp but you NEVER get what you expect. Don't be fooled by the images, what they deliver is half the size. Save your money.

I put a lovely message to my mother on my Mother’s Day and put my name. when she got the flowers, there was no name on it as to who sent it, I was very disappointed with the service and won’t use this company again,
