I wanted to go to Turkey, I booked a ticket, paid for the travel insurance and paid for the visa. After a week they emailed me only one sentence, your visa is negative. I spent so much, don't I have the right? Give one reason why I can't get a visa. I develop for visitors that you will regret not applying for a visa.

Avoid using this business' services. They pretend to be the official visa website of the Turkish government, but they are not. You don't give it a second thought because they charge the same for visas as the official visa website. But the money you give them isn't for a visa—for it's their services. They merely resubmit the data you provided to the official website. Then send you a link via email so you may complete it. However, you must pay for the visa to accomplish it. In other words, you are paying twice with no added benefit from them. The reason is that they misrepresent themselves entirely by posing as the official website. Absolute scammers.

Absolute scam. Make themselves look like the official Turkish government visa site but they are not. They charge exactly the same as the official visa site do for visas so you don't think anything of it. But the payment you make is for their services not a visa. All they do is resubmit the information you have given them to the official site. Then send you and email link for you to finish it off. But to do that you have to pay for the visa. So in essence you are paying twice with no value added by them. It's the fact that they make themselves look like the official site which is total misrepresention. Absolute scammers. Avoid this company like the plague. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Despite the price, was very quick and convenient! We enjoyed our time in Turkey!

I had a great experience, I sent an email to a visa service and I received an email replay less than 24 hours. The e-visa process was excellent, they approved my e-visa less than 5 minutes for 3 off us.

However, for some reasons I went to a wrong address (maybe an old website address) that allow me to take care a visa for myself (Indonesian citizen) but not for my sons (US citizen) and I contacted an Turkey embassy in Indonesia, they were helpful but they didn't help me to solve the problems. Maybe they need more website training. Luckily I found a correct website before it's too late, Alhamdulillah

But overal I'm happy that I will be able to visit Turkey with my family,

They do have added value service which serves a great value in return when you have a made mistakes on application. I have informed them of errors and they fixed it within a hour... money well spent..

Sadly, these guys use the search engine to be one of the first choices for a Turkish Visa. The do the same internet application as the official embassy site but charge you a £29 fee. No value add at all. Please be aware and check the official site first.

I was happy with the quickness of the service. I got my visa the next day which was great if you don't mind paying a little bit extra, it's a very efficient site and service especially when you are in a hurry and don't have much time.
