Eight day private tour
We are frequent travelers and have used several tour companies. We did not know Turco Travel except through internet recommendations. We are extremely pleased with this company. We decided to book their 8 day private tour - Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale.
Pre-Tour we communicated via email. We had several questions and modifications to our program. They responded quickly to questions and resolved any issues to our satisfaction. Prior to our arrival we received several helpful emails with tour information and contacts. We were also assigned an in- country advisor (Gezim) to communicate via WhatsApp with any questions or problems.
During the tour, we received advance WhatsApp communication from guides and drivers to ensure easy meeting. We also took advantage of the in-country advisor a few times and always received prompt responses. The guides (Mustafa, Umit and Hüseyin) were fantastic. Each was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and punctual. The transport was a new or exceptionally well kept 8-12 person van for the two of us. As a private tour the guides were flexible in adding stops and modifying the tour to accommodate mobility issues.
The hotels were all first class, especially the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul where we added two extra days through the agency.
Overall, our tour was exceptional and was great value.
