Deceptive Billing Practices & Refusal to Comply with NY Consumer Law

I am utterly disappointed by Turbo VPN’s deceptive auto-renewal practices. They charged my credit card $99.99 for an annual renewal without sending a single advance notification or email reminder. As a New York resident, I know this is a direct violation of local consumer protection laws regarding auto-renewals.

Furthermore, I have absolute ZERO usage on my account since the renewal hit. Despite this obvious lack of use and the fact that new users get 27 months for only $79.99, their support team coldly refused a refund and hid behind a "30-day policy" template. This company relies on trapping old users and punishing them for forgetting to navigate their complicated cancellation maze. I am filing a formal chargeback and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Malwere malwere and malwere

Malwere malwere and malwere. Im just shocked by how much scams and malwere this app has I feel like people should take this seriously. When i downloaded it 3 i will reapet THREE antyviruses detected malwere and guess what it was turbo vpn. I dont know what to expect. Im very disappointed.

Undoubted scammers

Turbo vpn worked only 2 times, after which there were no more connections. Attempts to solve the problem with support took a lot of time, but did not give any result. I refused to use and demanded a refund. They said "yes", but did not return anything. Moreover, after half a year they withdrew money from my account again. Undoubted scammers.

This app terrible

This app terrible, they need always location fixed and when they update their software the location is not working since 1 months they can not solve my issue but they email me the problem is solved is terrible I have to use only one protocol to connect that location as they can not solve my problem and they offer me try different protocol If I can use another protocol why I paid to your rubbish app than. It is terrible just runaway from this app guys.
