I've tried a variety of free and paid transcription services and this one is hands down the best I've tried. It actually WORKS (upload, transcribe, edit, download, etc.) and it is remarkably fast and accurate. The site is well organized and very user friendly, especially given as many options as it offers. In addition, the developer (Leif) immediately made personal contact with me after I created an account and offered to help with any problems I may encounter. This is in stark contrast to the last two services I tried that glitched on upload , transcription, or download and contacting their customer support resulted in no reply. So far, I am very impressed with both the service and Leif's customer service.

I had a poor experience with TurboScribe’s billing and support process.

I was charged for an automatic renewal of TurboScribe Unlimited set by the system without consent. After noticing the charge, I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund because the renewal was done without consent and set by the system as a business model clearly to take advantage of the lack of clarity, and I had not used the service for the new billing cycle.

The first support email shown on the website, turboscribe.com, bounced back as invalid. I later found a different email address on the invoice, turboscribe.ai, and contacted them there. It took several follow-ups before receiving a reply.

TurboScribe eventually confirmed that my subscription was cancelled and would not renew again, but they refused the refund because the billing period had already started despite was set by the system without authorization. They stated this was their final position.

Auto-renewal, unclear support contact, slow response, and no refund flexibility even when the new billing cycle had not been used.

Users should be careful with TurboScribe subscriptions. I will no use this service again

I recently broke my right shoulder in a car accident and was forced to use my left hand only for typing and driving a mouse. This was an extremely slow, awkward, and exhausting process. I had a lot of typing to do for a report during this time. As a result, I looked around for an app that would transcribe audio for me. I found TurboScribe.AI and was able to do most of my report via voice recordings. It worked well and accurately. Downloading my transcribed files was easy. TurboScribe.AI saved me a lot work. I will definitely be using it again. Great job guys! Thank you.

It was exactly what it said it was able to do! It downloaded and transcribed my two videos that were like almost two hours long in a few minutes and then it could also translate into other languages ! It was fantastic! I use this solution and think it's one of the best in the market.

The company with this platform is a very great tool that has been built. It was easy to navigate through and get the transcriptions I wanted. I will give it a 9/10 due to some minor challenge with transcribing with a background music. I really enjoyed using the platform.

Very disappointing experience. I initially wanted to try the service on a monthly basis, but found the website pricing and membership options confusing and seemingly designed to push customers into an annual membership instead.

After inadvertently selecting and purchasing the wrong service, I immediately tried contacting the company to resolve the issue, but that’s where matters got even worse. I received little to no support or response despite multiple attempts to reach them.

In the end, I had no choice but to dispute the charges through my credit card company. I would encourage others to read everything very carefully before signing up.

Definitely the best and fastest transcript service on the internet with straightforward result and a high trust to their users!!!

I needed a transcript of an audio and although other sites stated they were free, they were not. Turboscribe truly was free and has 3 free downloads without having to upload your card. This was truly a one off for me so really appreciated their honesty. Was straight forward and very easy to use.

The overall experience is great and user-friendly. The Chinese transcription is almost completely spot-on, though it does occasionally miss the exact characters for people's names

Poor customer service experience when asking for refund for a non active account. They rather charge for another year even you will not use it. Sad if this the way you need to make money. Happy to never use this ‘service’ again

TurboScribe is very great app, it has been very helpful. It has made my work very easy.

A very accurate tool. Picks up Indian languages with ease. Especially words that I couldn't pick up from the audio. Such a wonderful piece of AI. No forced limits or credit card subscription spamming. Major plus - the founder, Leif is so warm and approachable over email! Wish them all the very best and help professionals with more such tools. Kudos team Turboscribe!

Transcription was fast and accurate unlike other apps . I’m a student so I was GLAD it was free . Such a nice app tbh

The experience was extremely positive, both for the accuracy of the transcription and the ability to export and process it. I used the Balena tool, the most detailed one.
