Very quick and easy to follow, even for visitors from outside of Germany. Only minor gripe was that it was not possible to download the digital pass to my Apple wallet.

All in all, a relatively good way to still see all main attractions in Rome even if you didn't book your slots weeks before. The best part is definitively the costumer service. I were informed that our booked timeslot for the colosseum might not be available in the morning, but after telling our correspondant that we'd be leaving the same evening, she really pulled through and got us that morning timeslot. Other than that, getting the tickets at the meeting points is kind of a small detour, which was a little frustrating sometimes, but again, you'll be getting that timeslot even if you didn't book one way early. Had I not gotten the turbopass, I probably wouldn't have been able to see either the vatican museum or the colosseum!

I cancelled my booking shortly after purchase because I selected the wrong option. Turbopass refunded only 70% and kept 30% even though the tickets were not used. The refund process is also very slow. This policy feels unfair for customers who cancel immediately after purchase. Thanks

Total disappointment. We ordered the pass to skip the line at the Acropolis and book an early time slot including a visit to the Acropolis museum. The price was about 10€ less then on the official cite, but with the extra bonus of some extra musea and the hop on hop off bus.
On the day we visited the Acropolis we had booked a time slot at 09:00 in the morning. When we downloaded the tickets from the Turbopass website we did not notice the entrance time on the tickets was different from our booked time, namely 10:00. This ment we had to wait an hour at the entrance. Worse is however, the later you go, the more crowded it gets. So by the time we got in it was already terribly crowded (first week of May on a Wednesday)
We could only contact turbopass from 09:00 (Germany) in the morning (10:00 in Greece). We communicated our griefs, and although they responded rather swiftly, they would not reimburse or provide any compensation.
At the Acropolis museum you have to swap your turbopass ticket for a Paper ticket at the ticket Office, so still no Fast pass experience there.
For us the Turbopass totally messed up the Acropolis experience. The only way this pass is useful is if you visit multiple of the museums on their list. The hop on hop of within Athens was not worth it, your faster on foot walking the nicer small streets. Maybe if you go on one of the other lines taking you outside the city, it is worth it.

Everything was amazing. The walking tour is worth it and all the atractions had easy access. If you can, book the vatican museums for morning time, because there is just too much to see. The staff was helpfull and nice. I'd say that 3 days is perfect essential pass.

1. “Skip-the-line with Turbopass” is not true. We booked “St. Peter’s Basilica: Assisted Entry & Audioguide.” However, when we arrived at the scheduled time, we found a huge queue of tourists with “skip-the-line” reservations. We spent more than an hour entering the Basilica despite having this option.
The “Roman Forum and Palatine Hill” does not offer any real “skip-the-line” option at all. We had to stand in a long queue with regular ticket holders, wasting a lot of time in different lines.
2. Turbopass provided only partial tickets for the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. We were not able to visit all the areas inside these sites. Local staff told us that our tickets were not full-access, so we couldn’t visit many interesting places.
3. The tourist assistants are inattentive. We had to collect vouchers at the meeting point, but the assistant forgot to print them. As a result, we wasted a lot of time trying to obtain them.
4. We did not receive our Vatican Museums voucher after making the reservation. After waiting several days, we had to contact support to get it, which cost us additional time and stress.
5. Some of the listed attractions require advance reservations. The booking form shows available dates and time slots, but a successful reservation does not guarantee tickets. Our reservation for Castel Sant’Angelo was rejected without any notification from support — we discovered this occationally while discussing another issue with them. Another reservation, for the Pantheon, was changed by support without our approval.
6. We added a transport card to our Turbopass and had to pick it up from a collection point. However, the process was quite confusing. The location near Termini station has been closed for a long time but is still listed in the visitor information. We spent too much time trying to collect it. It would have been much easier to buy tickets from a machine, especially since there is no real benefit to buying it with the Turbopass.

I went to Barcelona last month and paid a very high price for a pass that got me nowhere. I attempted to purchase tickets Sagrada but they were sold out. When I attempted to cancel this pass i didn’t get the option as it said it was not refundable. I was directed to a phone number I assume in Germany that did not work.
When I came back I saw a charge of over $200 from them for service they did not provide. My attempts at getting this resolved are met with statements such as “had you contacted us we could have resolved the issue” the bottom line is do not fall for this. It is not worth it because the main attractions will be sold out so they will make you believe you can book them but you won’t be able to despite providing the date you would be using the pass. Everything else is way cheaper to get yourself.
Most importantly when you are looking for help with them, they are nowhere to be found.

We were able to use most entrances. I would have liked to add the sansevero.
Also tried to organise the food your bit the responses were very slow and we didn't get the right information in time to join.

We couldn't choose our own time slots for the Colosseum and the Vatican. It was difficult to schedule with the automatically provided times. I'm deducting one star for that.

Excellent customer service. The website is very clear but when I had specific questions I received helpful replies very quickly.

Makes getting tickets and booking easier than buying each one seperate, BUT some of the tickets still need to be picked up in advance at different locations, which is unneccessary wasted time and should be also possible digitaly. Especially the public transport tickets!
Some information on the tickets is wrong/outdated. E.g itbsays you have to be at the Colosseum 15min before your time slot. But if you arrive 15min early you get send away put of the line again and asked to come back on your exact time slot.
