I have been a customer of Turbo Derby…
I have been a customer of Turbo Derby for nearly 3 years now. They have provided great products, support, and knowledge all the way from scout racing to adult league racing. It is easy to see that a lot of care goes into the design of all of their products, and they always stand by what they sell. I will continue to support Turbo Derby for as long as I race Pinewood Derby, because I know they will support me as well.

Personal touch with great products!!!
I've been ordering from Terbo Derby for a few years now. Each year, they get better and better enough so that I'm taking the time to write a review.
Their website is VERY well organized and put together. The quality of the parts and tools is second to none. I've never had any quality issues. The customer service is great. Whenever I've had any questions about different features or products, they've always responded within minutes, not days. The orders ship fast, and with a personal touch that only comes from a small mom-and-pop type outfit. I love supporting these businesses! And best of all ... you can't argue with results!! 4 Pack Champions!! My boys CAN'T WAIT until it's Pinewood season! They are motivated, put in great effort and thought, and Dad gets to spend some quality time. It's great to have Turbo Derby there along for that ride!

They have a wonderful design videos, catalogs and a very detailed and informative website. Orders usually are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Shipment takes 3-4 days by USPS. Packaging is excellent, all products are protected. I never had any item arrive that was damaged. Secure ordering. They even answer their phone. Quick response by e-mail. 5-Star Rating on every order.
