Someone hacked my credit card and refunded the amounts that were charged right away. Before it was escalated however I was somewhat treated as though I made these purchases! I'm sorry I'm a 70 year old women whom lives in the country on dirt roads and after looking at the web site that is nothing I would ever purchase. I do appreciate this being handled even though I still turned it over to my credit card fraud department

I was scammed out my money y'all could not faulse advertise products and truck ppl into signing up so y'all can rob them

First of all please can you ask first or give some signal to your costumer before deducting to theirs account its not good if its automatically deducted to the bank

NOt even sure how i was signed up for this company, but when i realized it and I reached out they were happy to refund mt fees.

So far I haven’t seen a credit back for a purchase I never made. However if they do credit back my account that they promised for a positive review I will further update.

This is the site that popped up on my bank statement after completing a survey for SHEIN product box that was supposed to be 9.99+tax TOTAL. This and 3 other charges showed up from that purchase, and I don't know what this site has to even do with it. I am in contact with my bank now for fraud charges and will be ordering a new card. Apparently the other site gave my debit info to these folks too. I'm not happy, but mostly confused. Hoping this doesn't happen to anybody else.

Helpful in getting my problem resolved

Was paying for shipping on supposedly free prize. Every indication was Walmart. After entering shipment payment my bank called saying 3 different charges were submitted $9.99, $12 and $14. They said they would workit out for me. I am not sure of date? 10/23.

There was a link about a free boneless couch with a fee of 999 on Facebook that someone had posted I clicked on it there was a lot of fees associated with it after I gave my information for the $9.99 I contacted customer service and they handled it and told me that I would be getting a full refund for the extra charges. Very professional great experience

Although it took me hours of playing phone tag, and email tennis to have my money returned to me in full after being hacked into an agreement binding me to a membership with turbo 4 ride, their customer service team did finally reimburse me every single penny that was stolen from me.
