My experience with tuning-database.co.uk / the operator off the company is Gheorghe -lorin -cimponer
I have contact the company last Saturday
He give me his private number +447342130317 i called him after hi give me his number talk to him and it sounds be nice guy.hi make me offer for kess v2 / 5.030 purple board /carry case / cable / 5 hour free support / for 90 £ inkl shipping and handling.then hi send me an wired link called buy.stripe.com
that i have fill in my credit card details that looks fish already.
He then put pressure on me that i had hurry . stupid that I'm made payments with PayPal for family and friends.
Now no response by wapps app no phone cal response even the business.
After i realized I be scammed i looked to all the details what i had.first picture off the kess V2 purple board where stolen from internet pictures / email address PayPal :skynetxnet@gmail com is not from his business.try to steal my credit cart details.make me promise there only lias.so beware off this person and this company just hole in wall called tuning -database.co.uk. it fake and scammy business .beware i lost £90 !!!!

Bad stage 1 file and no response!
I bought a stage 1 file an Audi A3, says 30 min turn around..after 3 hours they sent the file with no apology or reason. I wrote the file and the next day the customer called complaining about lots of black smoke and says its misfiring also! I tried to contact this company many times over whatsapp and they never answer or reply to me, not even on the website, also they only have whatsapp so you can't call them on phone which seems a bit dodgy. They have totally ignored this and now I have an angry customer and I'm also out of pocket. I really hope others see this before they they use this company...disgraceful service and don't know what they are doing!!

Looks like I've been ripped off the same as others, website looked legit so thought I'd be ok making a purchase on it. I was wrong had no response for nearly 1 week now..looks like a scam like others have said. I checked on FB and its a similar story.

Response 4 years later!! Virus with software
Sold me software but I can't install as it has a virus attached, he then said this is normal and to give him a call on the phone. How dodgy is this company? Didn't respond for nearly 48 hours and won't refund the for the software I can't use, this is a scam company. I will get my money back through chargeback as have screen shots of everything, this is bordering on fraud.
