For the price the service was good, enough content to look through and use. However, trying to cancel a subscription was difficult, as usual, like many companies they made it almost impossible despite claiming in their help sections and T&C's you can simple cancel through your profile section of the website. This simply does not exist.

After failed attempts to get them to answer my emails about canceling a sub, how convenient they ignore those ones, I actually, for once, got the little Help chat Bot to work, it sent me a link to a 'Billing Portal' a hidden section of the website! I was able to finally cancel. Nowhere in their Help sections or T&C's ect tell you of this, I somehow stumbled across it.
When companies choose to do this, and it's by design unfortunately, immediately the company becomes untrustworthy. its a shame because their pricing is good and was happy, but after this I will not recommend.

I've used TuneReel on a number of projects and it has become my favourite source of stock audio. One of the best features, in my opinion, is the ability to make a one-off purchase, without having to sign up for a subscription service.

The one time I needed help from support, they replied almost immediately and the issue was resolved without any drama.

Browsing the site is easy, and there's a good selection of catchy music.

TuneReel gave me an excellent customer service, great and fast communication. Thank you again!

Support that is second to none.
As I'm not a big fan of monthly subscriptions, I was looking for a long time for a music service that is also affordable via lifetime payment. This seems to have become quite rare recently and so I ended up (among other(s)) with TuneReel.

As I'm still relatively new to the video creator business, I had a lot of questions about the process and the way licensing works.

I needed a service that would allow YouTube monitization as well as cover customer/client work without any further "pitfalls" and complicated licensing restrictions.

All my worries, questions and fears were put to rest by the incredibly nice colleagues at TuneReel. Thank you again for explaining everything so incredibly detailed!

In my opinion, TuneReel's library is in no way inferior to that of other, sometimes larger sites. There are really great songs to be found. Whether it's for sports videos, landscape recordings, wedding videos or vlogs. I was able to quickly find really good examples for each category. Very good! What I find particularly successful and unique is the "Into/Outro" section, where you can find short jingles for your YouTube video intros. Great!

All in all, a great service so far. I hope it will soon be one of the big players! :-)

TuneReel is a useful growing music library service with a helpful intelligent search tool. I needed music for a film covering an event for a non profit organisation and after searching everywhere TuneReel proved to be the one. Thanks!
