GARBAGE COMPANY EVER

This is a piece of Garbage company ran by a bunch of a Losers that they don't have the courtesy of replying or answering the phone I will advice everyone not to follow the tricks or the BS, advertising of this garbage company more than 20 days without receiving my order and no answer from these MF, in anyway.

I have been waiting for my order for about 2 months

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for about to months now. I have written 3 emails regarding my order and they still haven´t shipped it yet. My order was a gift for a friend of mine which makes it even more frustrating.
I hope they will still send my items or i will demand a refund.

They don’t post the bad reviews on their website. I ordered two shirts. One was good, the other was eh. Both are pretty thin fabric but overall the material wasn’t super cheap. The problem I have is with the screen print. Their printing is not super clear and not the resolution they show. It still looked like the picture, but was extremely gritty and not a flat color. For instance if the color was yellow it would be gritty and include other colors but the overall area would be yellow. It was super bad on the magician girl tshirt but my other wasn’t as noticeable (I think thats due to the design, which wasn’t a lot of solid colors)

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are theives!! Order mercy from them on the 16th of November and they said they couldn’t find any ‘record’ of what I bought so I sent them a screenshot of the money being token out of my account and they wouldn’t even email me back! These people are pathetic low lifes!

Don’t order internationally

I just bought two shirts from there as a Christmas gift, they arrived just in time but they weren’t the right shirts and not even the right size that I wanted. They won’t let me return it unless I pay to ship it back and they’re only offering a 10% refund. If you are ordering internationally beware.

0 ⭐ HORRIBLE SERVICE

So i ordered the mystery box over a month ago as a gift. I still have yet to receive it the tracking number I was given says it's invalid. I have reached out to them several times now. I received one response on my first email after two weeks saying the order was in process. Here it is another two weeks down the road no response and no delivery. I filed to reverse the charges through PayPal.

Horrible customer service, wrong item shipped

Horrible customer service

Ordered a hoodie and received the wrong item. Print was off-centered. Requested to have the right item shipped to me, they refused to ship it unless I shipped the wrong one back and had to wait until they received it to get the other one. It was for a birthday gift, so it would've definitely arrived late. If I wanted to somehow keep that horrible sweater, they would've only refunded me 15% for their OWN mistake. They didn't care at all. Had to ship the item back to them and PAY out of MY OWN pocket for shipping costs and they offered to refund 5% of my shipping costs, which ended up being around $1CAD. Treated me like an idiot. All the other "positive reviews" are clearly fake, don't trust this company. Until they get better customer service, quality items and a real reputation, you better spend your money elsewhere. Absolute waste of time and money.

Non existent customer service

Sent me the wrong item, made me pay to ship it back to get a refund. Didn't offer a shipping refund for their own mistake. Garbage customer service, if you order from them, hope that they send you the right item.

CUSTOMER SERICE??

CUSTOMER SERICE??? Doesn't exist. My order shipped without items- I have called and emailed with zero response. Had to resort to reversing charges on my credit card.
If you have any thoughts of a return or exchange- forget it! You're stuck with whatever they send, that is if they send it at all!!!

This is a worest sellers I knew in USA. The size the mention must be for chuawahua not humans. They mistreated my son by email. Said you are by your own thisbtime.They don't take return. They don't refund.
