Ordered a hoodie and a couple shirts very good quality but run small so order a size up. Had a issue with shipping through Fedex and customer service responded and resolved the issue immediately by sending over another shipment.
SAD MYSTERY BOX, not as advertised
The mystery box is SO SAD, don’t think you are buying anything like what they advertised. The “MYSTERY BOX” is NOT what they advertised, I know because my daughter bought one for my son at Christmas, it came in a SAD DIARRHEA BROWN BOX, when it was advertised in a Christmas box! SHE CHOSE THE GIFT BECAUSE OF THE BEAUTIFUL BOX THEY ADVERTISED! OBVIOUSLY NOT BECAUSE OF CONTENTS ARE THE MYSTERY! The ONLY THING YOU DO KNOW IS WHAT THE BOX LOOKS LIKE AND THAT IS A LIE, FLAT OUT LIE, FALSE ADVERTISING! The clothing is mediocre but has cool designs.
THE PHONE NUMBER IS A VOICE MAIL THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SET UP. THEY DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE and STILL HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY EMAILS.
Ordered a shirt
Ordered a shirt, the size was a bit small so I ended up returning it and had a bit of an issue with the mail (not tuned in Tokyo's fault) but the customer service turned this bad experience into a great one. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. In the end, I swapped the shirt for a hoodie.

Got my box after 4 months
Got my box after 4 months, and it wasn't even what I ordered. They put in a random ass ugly shirt that was not even supposed to go in the fall bundle. When I emailed them about it they said the fault was on my end and for that, it was not refundable. Think twice if you want to spend $115 for this and wait 4 months or even longer on things that are not as good as advertised and trash af customer service.

I bought the premium bundle and i loved the design so I decided to buy two more bundles but when they came, they were the exact same clothes from my first bundle so basically I have three sets of the same clothing. In their website it clearly says “randomly selected” but it seemed to be false advertisement since I ended up getting the same shirts. I emailed customer service, not asking for a refund but to just exchange my last two package for two different package with different designs but they said they can’t do returns and exchanges. After I emailed them about their false advertisement of “randomly selected” clothing, they stopped replying and it’s been 5 days since then.

This company is a scam! I ordered a shirt on 8/17/21. On 9/19/21 I inquired where the order was at, to which I got the response that it was back ordered since it is custom made for 3-5 weeks. Although my original order confirmation was sent that says “all items are shipped in 3-5 days.” So fast forward to 10/15/21 when I inquire again for an update on the order. The response is “we checked your tracking number and your order is in transit”. I check the tracking number and it says it shipped 9/1/21. I respond and as if it usually takes 45 days to ship from California to Florida (where I live)? They reply, we will check with the shipping company. On 10/31/21 I get email from them saying the item is showing it will arrive on 11/1/21. I look the tracking number up and in fact it did not ship on 9/1/21. The shipping label was created 9/1/21 however they did not ship the shirt until 10/26/21. Here is the worst part, I get the shirt on 11/1/21 and it is not even the shirt I ordered. I reach out to customer service again and they send me a link to return/exchange the shirt. I click the link and initiate the return/exchange and it says the item is ineligible to return as I only had 30 days from the shipping date which was 9/1/21, so I only had until 10/1/21 to exchange it, however I didn’t even receive the shirt until 11/1/21. I send an email with these details and ask what should I do about getting a resolution. No response. I send another email 11/4/21, to which yesterday I receive “we are working on your issue with high priority and will contact you with an update as soon as possible.” What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered some stuff and didn’t get it till 2 months later and it wasn’t the right size. They refused to let me exchange for a different size and were very rude. I know that the stuff is cool but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered 3 shirts 4 MONTHS AGO and still have no idea what is going on. They gave me a tracking number about 2 months ago and to this day it still tells me it's waiting to be picked up by the courier. I've messaged them 3 separate times over the course of these 2 months and I have to receive a single response as to what is going on. I've called my bank and disputed the charge with these clowns.

Man..I wish they were better
How disappointing..... I was REALLY, really excited and looking forward to receiving my mystery box, but I should've read the reviews before I purchased or even wasted my time and excitement on this company... I had a mechanic buddy who gave me a shirt from them and I thought it was dope so I immediately wanted to get some merch for myself but not only do they SUCK at replying back to you in a timely matter (I'm not even talking about 2-3 business days, I've waited WEEKS for a reply to my many emails and ended up getting ONE very vague short response), but also the shipping part is really unprofessionally slow. It's been over a month and my anticipation depleted. I disputed the charge after giving them one last chance to reply back to me in a timely manner. Save your time, energy, and money. This company still has some kinks to work out or they need to hire more responsible people that'll tend to buying customers that show support for their business. Very disappointed more than anything..

I understand that due to Covid things may be backed up. However, if I was the person with the responsibility of this business on my shoulders, I wouldn't KEEP ADVERTISING 50% off stuff if they can't handle the load of customers that have ALREADY supported them with their money and are patiently waiting for what they paid money for. Just saying, it doesn't make a lick of sense.
