Terrible service. Ordered a waxed chain website said was in stock
3 weeks later still waiting. 2 unanswered emails, 2 calls I was told someone would call me back and they didn't.

Terrible on-line experience .
Sent the incorrect number and type of products. Emailed 4 times , no reply . Part of order apparently on back order , no updates. Telephoned and spoke to Ben, promised to get back , no follow up. This may have been a simple error , now complicated by appalling customer service . Best avoid this company.
